Family Pizza In Serramazzoni

First of all... mid-August week... packed... the service in all areas is confusing and needs improvement... or rather, needs to be checked and supervised precisely in these periods of maximum stress for the staff and the structure in general... for the rest, the staff are very kind... it's a family hotel, you can't expect a luxury hotel... entertainment? I don't understand anything... they were wandering around the hotel... they seemed like wandering souls to me... maybe I should have looked into it more... but usually they're the ones who come and explain and involve you... but it was mid-August and there were a lot of people...

The hotel smells of cigarettes right from the entrance. They have two areas, but no clear boundary; the boundary is the tables without ashtrays. Smoking isn't allowed, but you still have to inhale the stench. The children play, and everything around them smells of cigarettes. You go to the Ariston, and it's the same. You have to sit inside... You go to the pool anyway... People smoke, they tear up the floor, and they stub out their cigarettes on the green carpet. I see it with my own eyes... The receptionists are surprised but admit that "people are like that." So if you can't enforce the culture and respect for others, smoking should be banned in the common areas, especially since this is a hotel for families with children. Baby dance? Right in the smoking area... Well done, management!

Simply indescribable! We met friends there, but the staff, especially behind the bar, were amazing! Saying goodbye to the staff was also incredibly difficult! This is the most amazing hotel and accommodation we've ever had. From entertainment to service, friendliness, etc. We're looking forward to next year.

It's not often you feel so at home, yet at the Club Family Hotel in Milano Marittima, it happens! I want to sincerely thank all the staff, from the entertainers, always smiling and full of energy, to the bartenders and waiters, kind, attentive, and always available. A special thanks to Enrico, the head of staff, who with his passion and professionalism created unforgettable evenings and truly spectacular entertainment. The service was simply excellent, every detail taken care of, every need listened to. I cried when it was time to leave... and I can't wait to come back! The staff is very friendly, the food is good, the pool is amazing and the entertainers are the best.

Our stay here was simply wonderful! The entire staff was friendly and helpful, especially the animation team, who lovingly looked after our children. The atmosphere was very family-friendly and relaxed. Everything was clean, the food delicious, and the location perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime! 😊☀️

The hotel has a great location and truly the best entertainment staff. We've seen and enjoyed many family hotels and holidays there. The activities for children are truly top-notch. From morning to night, there are at least eight entertainment staff who not only create a great atmosphere, but also really motivate and look after the children. Despite a packed program, they try to meet the needs of each individual child. The food is also varied and always caters to all tastes. We highly recommend the hotel. Thank you so much for the wonderful time we had and are still having at your hotel.

This is the third year we've spent the first week of July at the Club Family in Milano Marittima, and as always, we had a truly wonderful time. The service and entertainment were impeccable, the food was very good and varied, and the reception and bar/restaurant staff were professional and friendly.
