The staff in charge of the babysitting and nanny school service that the facility offers in the afternoon from 4pm to 7pm deserves a positive review. Very nice and professional. Our 1 year old son had a great time. A service that gives something extra to those with small children who cannot yet actively participate in other activities.

Overall average hotel. Positive notes, kindness, friendliness of the staff and young animators who are engaging for the children and very good. Average rooms and structure of a hotel with a few years behind it Negative notes, the buffet food with pre-cooked pasta, desserts, pre-packaged cakes, just enough, but for a hotel that boasts 4 stars I would have expected more. On the contrary, the pizza made by a pizza chef at the time was delicious! A micro pool, which serves two hotels (Rio and Ariston) is totally insufficient! In particular the number of sunbeds, every day there was a queue half an hour before opening to get a deckchair.

Exemplary hospitality. Rooms, catering service, children's entertainment at the top! Trips out of town (Atlantica, Mirabilandia...) are also well organised. I recommend it to all families. Would I go back? Without a shadow of a doubt😃

We stayed at the club family hotel for two weeks, they were beautiful, a place where there is everything you can have in a holiday starting from the super professional welcome, the restaurant service, the bars, the guys are polite and always smiling, the entertainment is excellent to say the least, I would say at the top everyone was fantastic we had a great time we will definitely return next year with the hope of finding them all again thanks to all the staff

We had an apartment in the Aparthotel Boutique and it was great, nice, clean and had a huge terrace 😍 The staff is super nice and helpful, especially Fabiola was there to help me with any concerns (since she can speak German😊). a huge relief for me 🫶 so thank you very much to Fabiola again for that and hope to see each other again soon 🥰 Nadja, Marc, Maxi, Nele and Kyrill wish you all the best from Germany

Stayed for a week, staff available for children, all the comforts, games and engaging entertainment staff, strategic position, breakfasts, lunches and dinners in quantity and also very qualitative, basic rooms, excellent cleanliness, daily towel change, ideal club for families... 👍👍👍

Unique experience, ideal place for children, air-conditioned and fresh rooms, also with themed children's rooms. As soon as you arrive they welcome you with unique kindness, entertainment for children and adults with shows every evening. In addition to the sea there is a swimming pool, whirlpool and water park for children and also inflatables. But what really left me speechless is the opera bar, here you can eat and drink for free at any time of day or night, but not just water, but also wine, beer, Pepsi, juices, ice cream. The staff is very kind and super helpful... the pizza is exceptional, made on the spot by the master Luigi Manzi. (I must add that Luigi is always attentive and for us who always arrive late he is an angel, because he goes out of his way to give us what we want. The desserts... all homemade in their pastry shop. In the evening? Bicycles always available. The location it is also excellent for walking around in the evening, in fact, it is full of small shops and even markets in the evening near the port. In short, an exceptional experience that should certainly be repeated every year.

They start with breakfast, aperitifs, lunch, snacks, dinner and sweets before going to sleep, open bar 24 hours a day... Washing machine and dryer available... It's a dream for children thanks to all the attractions available to them... The entertainers are wonderful and very sweet with the children.. The location of the property is super... Close to the center (wonderful) and right on the sea which is very beautiful ... We will definitely be back...
