Perfect family vacation. It was our first time here, but this hotel won us over immediately: just steps from the sea and convenient to the city center, we could easily go out on foot or by bike with the kids in the evenings. The entertainment was always there but never intrusive, the food was plentiful and varied, and the staff deserves special mention for their impeccable cleanliness. Our kids, Luca and Sofia (aged 4 and 7), had a blast, and we rested thoroughly. The value for money was absolutely excellent, in my opinion. We'll definitely be back.

First of all... mid-August week... packed... the service in all areas is confusing and needs improvement... or rather, needs to be checked and supervised precisely in these periods of maximum stress for the staff and the structure in general... for the rest, the staff are very kind... it's a family hotel, you can't expect a luxury hotel... entertainment? I don't understand anything... they were wandering around the hotel... they seemed like wandering souls to me... maybe I should have looked into it more... but usually they're the ones who come and explain and involve you... but it was mid-August and there were a lot of people...
