Falco Matto In Roma

I stumbled upon it by chance after a theater show and was truly amazed! Roman pizza, thin and crispy, whole wheat dough. I ordered a 4-cheese pizza and devoured it, even though I can never eat more than half a pizza. It was cooked very well, delicious!! The crema catalana was a real treat. The place is very nice and welcoming, as was the service. A wonderful discovery. It's a shame it's so far away, but I'll be back anyway!! Two pizzas, a Coke, a water, and a crema catalana. €28. Truly excellent value for money.

This will be my fourth time there. The pizza is delicious, along with croquettes and tomato bruschetta. The owner is courteous and friendly. I recommend it.

It's our pizzeria. The pizza is delicious, thin, crispy, and above all, only here can we digest it. The service is always excellent and extremely courteous and kind. Sometimes they have to let us know that they have to close, because it's nice to chat, the atmosphere is comfortable.

Sorry, but nothing special. Years ago it was definitely better, now it seems rundown. The location is nice, even inside. It's one of those places frozen in time, both in the menu, which only features classic dishes, and in the decor. Unfortunately, the prices, however, have been updated as if it were a newer place. The only positive note was the bruschetta: beans and onions were really tasty, and the crema catalana was also good. It's a shame that was the only dessert left, homemade; everything else was packaged. The pizzas were sparse and flavorless. We struggled to find the sauce for the Margherita. The older man's service was decidedly cold, while the younger man was definitely better. It took forever to receive our food despite it being half-empty. The Roman pizza crust was almost nonexistent, and most of the products were frozen. We won't be returning. It's a shame because it would have greater potential if it were managed with more care.

Quality products prepared and served with love. The pizza is light and crunchy, topped with tasty quality ingredients. The supplì are homemade, tasty, stringy and have a wonderful breading. Years pass but it's always as if it were the first time!

I went to this place with some friends who already knew it, and finally I got to taste Roman pizza again, taking me back to when I was a kid in Rome and we'd enjoy thin, crispy pizza. Even the fried foods seemed delicious. All served in a cute place with a friendly, always on-the-go waiter.
