I had heard good things about this pizzeria and I wanted to try it by going there in the evening on a weekday. Bad idea. After the order, we were immediately served drinks and some snacks within a reasonable time while waiting for the pizzas. Well, to have the first pizza we had to wait over an hour and a quarter and only after telling the young waiter that we were about to leave, the pizzas finally arrived at the table. Add that the room was not excessively full of customers and with only two groups (max 6-7 people). This is for the service. Regarding the pizza, despite the high crust, the dough was undercooked and the center of the pizza had an almost transparent consistency. The drinks obviously became hot after an hour. In summary, average location, service to be improved (food is served on paper placemats); pizza normal. THE The pizza menu is interesting and varied. It's a shame that the goodness of the pizza doesn't exalt it. Excellent value for money.

Very good gluten free pizza. Personally I liked the diavola more than the tasty one but overall the gluten-free dough is absolutely recommended.
