Best gluten-free piadina I've ever had, with the option of trying pinsa for those of us with celiac disease. There's also a wide selection for vegetarians. The staff is very friendly and the place is welcoming. I'll definitely be back.

Great quick food!!! If you get the spiked coffee, I think they use Jager to spike the drink and so be warned!

We were visiting Bologna from the States. I have Celiac, so I downloaded the AIC app which is a must have. I caught a YouTube review of the restaurant as well. The owner, I assume, helped me narrow down my choice on the piadina. I would highly recommend.

Small but inviting piadina shop. Excellent food and friendly, fast staff. The gluten-free dough is excellent!

A welcoming place, the service is friendly and professional. The piadinas are delicious. All piadinas on the menu are gluten-free, and contamination is guaranteed with dedicated gluten-free areas. There are a few tables outside under the portico. Its location is close to the center but without the crowds. Excellent place!

Si mangia bene, i prezzi sono ottimi per la qualità e per la location in pieno centro, e il personale è molto veloce e sempre disponibile! È diventata la mia tappa fissa per pranzo quando sono a Bologna, sia da sola che con amici e colleghi. Piadine diverse dal solito e sono tutte gustosissime, la Culatello e la Capocollo sono super! Tante proposte vegetariane e insalatONE molto ricche. Consiglio di provare anche i piatti e i dolci del giorno!!! Ho portato diversi amici celiaci e sono rimasti tutti soddisfatti per la vasta proposta e per gli impasti senza glutine. Davvero consigliato sia per un pranzo da seduti sotto i portici, che per chi ha fretta perché fanno anche asporto. Da tornare e ritornare!

Molto originale l’idea di aperitivo con tagliere di mortadella, squacquerone accompagnato da piadina. Pezzetti di piadina molto piccoli per accogliere la mortadella soprattutto se non è previsto un coltello!!! Spritz lasciato completamente… non c’era per niente alcool e risultava dolcissimo.
