First time at this charming restaurant in the center of Bologna. The waitress was warmly welcomed and immediately available to help with orders and menu suggestions. I chose whole-wheat piadinas, including gluten-free options, generously filled and served on a wooden board. The dough was light and easy to digest. Fair prices and a great atmosphere! Recommended for an excellent lunch break or snack.

I tried this piadina shop for its gluten-free options. The menu does indeed include piadina and many other gluten-free options. However, I found the piadina not entirely to my taste, a little too chewy and lacking in flavor. I would still recommend trying it, as taste is often subjective.

Every time I'm in downtown Bologna for lunch, it's a must! Highly recommended! Delicious piadinas with excellent ingredients, the daily specials are incredibly tasty, and the staff is always smiling and friendly. Try it, you won't regret it.
