La pizzeria Kalinikta - Natën e mirë a Piana degli Albanesi è un vero gioiello. Il locale è accogliente, e i proprietari sono gentili e amabili, ti fanno sentire subito a casa. Le pizze sono eccezionali, con una varietà di gusti che soddisfano ogni palato. Da non perdere quelle con i bordi ripieni e le focacce! L’impasto è a lunga lievitazione, leggero e perfettamente digeribile, mentre gli ingredienti sono di una qualità eccellente: freschi, genuini e saporiti. La mozzarella di bufala, in particolare, è superlativa. Il nome “Kalinikta” significa Buonanotte in greco, proprio come “Natën e mirë” in albanese. Questa particolarità mi ha colpito molto, dato che amo le lingue e qui mi sono sentita a mio agio, anche se mi piacerebbe imparare e comprendere meglio queste culture. Un grazie sincero a tutto lo staff per l’ottimo lavoro! Tornerò sicuramente. Complimenti!

The pizzas are exceptional, with a variety of flavors that satisfy every palate. Don't miss the ones with stuffed edges and focaccias! The dough is long-leavening, light and perfectly digestible, while the ingredients are of excellent quality: fresh, genuine and tasty. The buffalo mozzarella, in particular, is superb. The name “Kalinikta” means Goodnight in Greek, just like “Natën e mirë” in Albanian. This particularity struck me a lot, given that I love languages ​​and I felt at ease here, although I would like to learn and understand these cultures better.
