I've been eating pizza at Evo50 since they opened. I've always found it excellent, and over the years, I've found the dough to be lighter and lighter.
The toppings are exquisite and innovative; you can tell they put a lot of effort into finding top-quality ingredients crafted with great technique.
All this is complemented by excellent and attentive service!
My compliments to the people behind it all.
I highly recommend anyone who's new to this pizzeria to try their pizza at least once!!
Keep it up, success is guaranteed!

The pizza is obviously very good, but we didn't understand the treatment of the staff, who decided to take it out on us because we had booked the table online and they hadn't seen it. When we asked to change tables, we were told that all the others were booked when the room was empty, with sidelong glances and angry responses until the end. If you don't want people booking online and calling, just remove the option.

Nos encantó este pequeño restaurante. Para un aperitivo teníamos una nueva entrada a su menú - el "bollo" que era como un pequeño deslizador de cerdo americano - - delicioso! Y las pizzas eran simplemente perfectas - corteza fantástica como era de esperar, y deliciosos ingredientes - clásico e inventivo. El servicio era realmente encantador también - - nuestro camarero joven era atento y amable. Nos sentamos afuera donde están las mesas en pequeños rellanos porque la "calle" es en realidad un tipo de escaleras. Una ventaja principal es que ningún motorini ruidoso puede rugir por usted! Sin duda recomiendo este restaurante!

Muy buenas pizzas, entorno muy céntrico y muy bonito. Los camareros son muy agradables. En fin, todo excelente. La única pega, el servicio es muy lento. Recomendable.
