We spent an evening with colleagues, one of whom was celiac. The pizza was delicious, and the desserts were equally delicious. I'll personally go back; it was one of the best pizzas I've had in Latina. My only disappointment is the lack of an outdoor seating area, which is a plus in the summer, but the interior is beautifully kept and clean. I highly recommend trying it.

I visited the new location across from Santa Maria Goretti and was pleased to recall that right nearby, at the Enel headquarters, I had the opportunity to meet the founder, Mrs. Patrizia. They told me that management has now been passed down to her children, and I must say that the saying "good blood does not lie" is absolutely spot on. I tried both an excellent pasta dish, which you can see in the photo, and the Roman-style pizza, truly excellent, both in the traditional and gluten-free versions. Everything was prepared with great care and of excellent quality. Special praise to the young woman who served us: very kind, smiling, courteous, and always available. I'm truly happy that there is a place like this in Latina. Furthermore, unlike other places, here they don't rush you to clear your table for the next shift: you can eat and spend time in complete tranquility. From now on, whenever I feel like going to a restaurant-pizzeria, this will definitely be one of my first choices. Congratulations to the entire staff; keep up the good work!
