20/06/2025: What a lovely way to start the day! We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best birthdays she’s ever had. One of the staff members — we don’t know his name — was incredibly kind and funny. He brought a candle to surprise my friend and made us smile with his great energy. And the most touching part? When we received the bill, we noticed they didn’t even charge us for the birthday cake we had ordered. It was their special gift to her. I’ve never experienced such thoughtful and generous service in a hotel restaurant before. A big thank you to that amazing staff member — your kindness made our morning truly unforgettable!
