As a lover of natural wine, I couldn't help but try Vigne di Confine's offerings. The philosophy of Emanuele and his children Francesco and Adele amazed me: a genuine and fragrant product. I really enjoyed the macerated white, but the Voragine red really impressed me. All this was paired with an excellent aperitif featuring locally sourced products. A new benchmark on Etna. Recommended if you're in the area; otherwise, they also ship to Milan!
Wonderful tour of the vineyards guided by Emanuele, tasting of 4 completely natural wines (2 bianchi, 2 rossi), and a spectacular lunch prepared by his wife Ana, including extensive antipasti, pasta alla Norma and pork rolls stuffed with pistachio. Buonissimo !
