Excellent pizza, high quality dough, thin and crunchy. What is surprising is the vastness of the choice, with over 140 different pizzas to choose from, as well as starters, stuffed pucce and other dishes. One star less for the slightly long wait despite the now half-empty place and for the coke on tap, which didn't taste like coke (it was probably Pepsi, but it wasn't specified on the menu) and above all it was out of gas. But for those who prefer beer it won't be a problem because they also have a beer list

We went to this restaurant in Gallipoli as a family, we ate well, with an appetizer of bruschetta and then a puccia. In addition to these typical Salento foods there are around 132 pizzas and a lot of very tasty foods. Like the breaded and fried mozzarella, the Ascoli olives and, as you saw in the second photo, a delicious focaccia. Overall we ate well! Recommended if you are a tourist in Gallipoli and want to eat something different than pizza.

Tried the gluten-free one and it's all excellent. Among other things, puccia (as well as pizza and focaccia) can be filled with lactose-free mozzarella. Truly truly a delicacy for the palate, especially for those who want to taste puccia.
