We discovered Esco Pazzo by chance last year, as we were passing through Savona... This year we returned to beautiful Liguria and came back to you... 27/07/2025: We visited this place with a big group and had a great time! They specialize in pinsa, and everything we tried was good. My favorite was the one with cheese and dry tomato 🤌🏻
22/07/2025: Exceptional pinsa, excellent quality of products, excellent beers, really very good desserts, more than fair prices, all staff very friendly and helpful, worth trying

02/08/2025: A very charming and traditional restaurant in the central square of Final Borgo. Relaxing atmosphere. We ordered: cuttlefish salad, tuna tartare, spaghetti with squid, a trofie pasta with pesto, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù and octopus with puree. Followed by a cheese and compote platter, baked potatoes, and a bottle of Pigato wine. We had a wonderful time; everything was delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly. Reasonable prices. I recommend it.
