The targeted assortment Between first courses of fried fish, classic or exceptional seasoned farinata and Ligurian appetizers. Everything is delicious and at competitive prices. Better to book, it is always full. We have been customers for about 20 years since it opened and we have always eaten well. A gem of a trattoria

We discovered Esco Pazzo by chance last year, as we were passing through Savona... This year we returned to beautiful Liguria and came back to you... Very kind staff ready to satisfy our every request... Delicious, quality food... Very familiar environment... What can I say? I hope to return to you again next year 🤗

Volevamo mangiare una farinata buona e siamo stati accontentati. Abbiamo preso una porzione di grano ed una di ceci, entrambe molto buone, sottili con crosticina croccante ma morbide alla base. Mentre aspettavamo abbiamo anche gustato una mezza formaggetta con le olive, cremosa e delicata. Una cena top nel segno della semplicità. Servizio attento e professionale, conto corretto.

29/05/2025: Holy cow!! Honestly some of the best gelato I have ever eaten in my life. I have traveled extensively through Italy but can not think of a gelato shop that tops this one. The unassuming shop front of KaDo Gelateria hides absolute flavour explosions. The pistachio gelato and fig gelato are unreal. Can not recommend this place enough! And to top it all off the service is so friendly and welcoming!

25/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato ieri sera, per la prima volta con la nuova gestione, con un'ottima paella di pesce e verdure ed un fritto misto concludendo con un tiramisù molto buono. Servizio cortese e celere. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità -prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente!
13/04/2025: Environment a little outside the usual Ligurian style, more refined and with a pleasant impact. Very friendly and professional waiter. Fish cuisine tried on two occasions with really delicious first courses and mixed fried dishes. Prices for Liguria are definitely good. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. We will be back!
