I was craving farinata and I was fully satisfied! Both excellent, both chickpeas and wheat, thin with a nice crunchy crust but at the same time with a soft base. Attentive and professional service, correct bill in relation to the quality of the food and service.

Volevamo mangiare una farinata buona e siamo stati accontentati. Abbiamo preso una porzione di grano ed una di ceci, entrambe molto buone, sottili con crosticina croccante ma morbide alla base. Mentre aspettavamo abbiamo anche gustato una mezza formaggetta con le olive, cremosa e delicata. Una cena top nel segno della semplicità. Servizio attento e professionale, conto corretto.

I went to Esco Pazzo with few expectations, thinking "oh well, it will be the usual farinata". And instead... they literally KNEW me! Their farinata is on another level. Thin that it almost melts in your mouth, and the one with gorgonzola, cherry tomatoes and rocket... well, let's say I risked licking the plate. Luckily I held back, but only out of politeness. If you want a farinata that makes you say "WOW", Esco Pazzo is the answer. Warning: it is addictive (and maybe even a few kilos of happiness)."

Best farinata in Liguria, very simple place located in the center of Savona, I recommend that many of you go there so you can try as many flavors of farinata as possible, all very good and very low prices. The staff is very friendly.

Still valid but last night the wheat flour had a different taste than usual, as if a different ingredient (flour or oil) had been used, no less good, but I noticed the difference. In any case, I'll try again, hoping to rediscover the old flavor...Anyway, thanks

Really good Farinata, nice place to be practically in the centre, yes a little crowded but not to the point of being a nuisance, the arrangement of the tables allows for relative privacy which gives the opportunity to spend a pleasant evening without having to raise your voice to feel. Very friendly staff, fast service. Really great price.
