The best farinata in Savona Once upon a time, the hallowed spot for farinata was located on Via Pia. Not anymore! True farinata from Savona, made with wheat or chickpeas, even in the most delicious and often popular filling variations (with added onion, sausage, rosemary, crescenza cheese and cherry tomatoes, gorgonzola—superb, even if a little salty—or countless others), can be found at ESCO PAZZO! Brignè - Il Gelato della Fattoria

05/10/2025: We all opted for the raspberry ice cream, so we didn't try the other flavors. But the raspberry one was very good. The lady was also nice and the prices are reasonable.
09/09/2025: Extremely good gelato! The hazelnut and pistachio flavors are among the best I've ever had!! Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

26/06/2025: Nice place!!! The decor immediately strikes you.... garage style...with motorcycles, cars and old and iconic objects. Specialty "pizza a la pala"...wide choice...and I must say that the 2 choices we made were really excellent. Fast service...and average prices. We will definitely be back. 👍
25/06/2025: I would have said anything except going into a pizzeria. Beautiful environment, friendly staff, excellent pizza, possibility of choosing the type of dough.
