The best farinata in Savona Once upon a time, the hallowed spot for farinata was located on Via Pia. Not anymore! True farinata from Savona, made with wheat or chickpeas, even in the most delicious and often popular filling variations (with added onion, sausage, rosemary, crescenza cheese and cherry tomatoes, gorgonzola—superb, even if a little salty—or countless others), can be found at ESCO PAZZO!
