When I first walked into Erminio's bar in April 2025, I immediately fell in love with it. Everything here feels so homey, cozy, beautiful, and sophisticated. Erminio is so kind and cheerful, with a big heart and talent! The beautiful pictures he creates in drinks are incredible! Whenever I come to Seracusa, I always have breakfast at his bar! Erminio is a wonderful and incredible person!
