I've been to Pizzeria Erme in Vigonovo and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery! The pizza selection is truly extensive and original: there's something for everyone, from the most classic to the most unique. What's immediately striking is the quality of the ingredients, always fresh and authentic, which make each pizza flavorful and light. The dough is well-leavened and easy to digest, with just the right amount of crunch.

Very nice and well-maintained location, very clean bathroom, complete with a diaper changing table, polite and fast staff, average quality food, fish, although I must admit it's not a seafood restaurant, but more of a pizzeria. I ended up having a really good one, just the way I like it: crispy and flavorful. I recommend it. PS: Arrive early because the place, although spacious with plenty of parking, fills up quickly. I recommend booking.

It was my first time at this place. I came across it thanks to a recommendation from some family members. We were greeted very kindly, and I must say the service was top-notch. The place isn't Eggs, but it's well-furnished and renovated, with modern decor and a very large and pleasant outdoor terrace for summer dining. Ample parking both in front and behind. The pizza isn't my favorite "Neapolitan" pizza with a thick crust, but rather more Roman-style, but the ingredients were good; perhaps I would have preferred a slightly richer topping. The dessert was excellent and highly recommended; we had a mascarpone cream, which was an A+! The value for money was a bit higher than I expected, but that's okay.

A birthday party with friends introduced me to this pizza restaurant. The service was good, the waiters were fast and well-organized, and the pizzas were also appreciated by the whole group. We will definitely be back.

The atmosphere is very nice and clean, the staff is welcoming and friendly. The pizzas are very good, with fresh and very tasty ingredients. The pizza dough tastes like piadina dough, crispy, which I'm not crazy about, but I think it's also a matter of taste.

For those who love thin pizza, not thick crust, this is an excellent pizza. You can choose from many toppings, white pizzas, vegetarian options, and there are about ten seasonal pizzas. What can I say? Go and see for yourself. 👍
