Excellent Roman trattoria always crowded on fish Tuesdays

The place is dated but very welcoming, a true old-fashioned osteria. I'll definitely be back!

A place I found by chance but which left me surprisingly satisfied in all the aspects that characterise a place to define it as quality... even the service was excellent, courteous and fast.... Congratulations

Absolutely not to be missed for an excellent lunch!!!

As was pertinently observed a few months ago, it's incredible to find an old-fashioned place in 2025. A beautiful room for perhaps 50 people, plenty of outdoor space, surrounded by a beautifully manicured lawn with bright greenery, a few small trees, flowerpots, and an outdoor space that extends, I believe, along two sides of the room. The staff is quick and friendly, always smiling, and it's a pleasure to see the mutual joy when regulars arrive—I think quite a few (and that must be saying something...). There's such a warm welcome among these people who know each other, and never a voice too loud. Fettuccine with meat sauce like grandma's, the rest was excellent too, a superior panna cotta, and a good white quarter. As soon as I entered the bright room, the impression was beautiful, because everything was carefully laid out, with crisp tablecloths and everything perfectly arranged. And the feeling of being washed clean, as they used to say. But once I sat down, I couldn't explain the magical and calming quality of the light. Perhaps also because of that astonishing cleanliness, which made even the slightest trace of dirt seem intolerable, unimaginable in that place. And so that light (to which the Sanctuary is perhaps no stranger) seemed to caress everyone, thanks to the owners and staff.

I've been a customer at Hostaria Cinti for years and have always had a great experience. A typical Roman trattoria, with friendly and efficient staff, generous portions, and above all, quality dishes at a reasonable price for what you get, including all the service. The highlight for me is the rabbit cacciatore... Oscar-worthy! But, I repeat, everything is delicious, excellent! I think it deserves 5 stars! My only complaint is this: The last time I went, it was before the summer closure. They brought two first courses (fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and tonnarelli alla carbonara) that were delicious but extremely salty... so salty that they had to be left. It's one thing for them to be tasty, but another for them to be extremely salty, practically inedible! This surprised me because it's the first time it's happened! I want to believe it was a momentary oversight... meaning an isolated incident can happen! Despite everything, I stand by the 5 stars and...see you next time!!

It was our first time at this Roman cuisine restaurant, located right below the Sanctuary of Divine Love, where you can heal both body and soul. We ate really well, and... listen up, they still serve half portions here... The staff was friendly and courteous, and we'll definitely be back.

Roman cuisine and more, but the Roman classics are unsurpassed! Friendly and courteous staff. Reservations are highly recommended. On-site parking is available. Lunch only, closed on Fridays.

We ended up in this restaurant by chance, with friends and we were all positively impressed. Delicious and plentiful dishes, very friendly and efficient staff, fair price. We will definitely be back.

Siamo tornati dopo qualche tempo in questa trattoria per un pranzo tra amici. Anche questa volta tutto è andato per il meglio, tutto ottimo, simpaticissima la ragazza che ci ha servito, prezzo giusto.
