I had the gnocchi in bianco with wild boar and the rabbit cacciatore, both excellent. The portions were generous and the service was kind and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

Quiet place, good osteria, friendly waiters, very reasonable price: 1 water, 1 fried potato, 1 battered zucchini, 1 gricia, 1 carbonara, 2 coffees, bread, and a cover charge: €33. We stumbled upon it by chance, but we'll definitely be back for the abbachio. If you want to eat traditional Roman cuisine and soak up Roman culture, it's a must.

I've read excellent reviews, but overall I wasn't satisfied. The dishes lack attention to detail and flavor, with pasta and sauces lacking in consistency. It's definitely not worth coming here for fish. The prices are perhaps a little too high for what they offer; it's more of a restaurant for passing cars.

Excellent cuisine, and the owners and staff serve dishes with courtesy and kindness. Highly recommended.

A place I found by chance but which left me surprisingly satisfied in all the aspects that characterise a place to define it as quality... even the service was excellent, courteous and fast.... Congratulations

As was pertinently observed a few months ago, it's incredible to find an old-fashioned place in 2025. A beautiful room for perhaps 50 people, plenty of outdoor space, surrounded by a beautifully manicured lawn with bright greenery, a few small trees, flowerpots, and an outdoor space that extends, I believe, along two sides of the room. The staff is quick and friendly, always smiling, and it's a pleasure to see the mutual joy when regulars arrive—I think quite a few (and that must be saying something...). There's such a warm welcome among these people who know each other, and never a voice too loud. Fettuccine with meat sauce like grandma's, the rest was excellent too, a superior panna cotta, and a good white quarter. As soon as I entered the bright room, the impression was beautiful, because everything was carefully laid out, with crisp tablecloths and everything perfectly arranged. And the feeling of being washed clean, as they used to say. But once I sat down, I couldn't explain the magical and calming quality of the light. Perhaps also because of that astonishing cleanliness, which made even the slightest trace of dirt seem intolerable, unimaginable in that place. And so that light (to which the Sanctuary is perhaps no stranger) seemed to caress everyone, thanks to the owners and staff.
