Erbaluigia is a Michelin recognized restaurant. I went there as I saw their name in Michelin site. The service is AMAZING. Getting full attention at all times. Great recommendations based on my preferences and questions. I will definitely come back. Thank you, guys and gals!

An excellent place in Pisa to enjoy a good meal. The dishes are traditional, revisited with a delicious twist by chef Tatiana.
Attentive and precise service is provided.
An excellent selection of wines and delicious desserts!
If you're not too fond of dessert, however, you'll find a well-stocked cheese trolley!

Erbaluigia is a very special place that offers flavors and sensations I thought had been lost.
Their dishes are journeys to enchanted places. Nothing is left to chance. Recipes and ingredients follow a narrative path that is pure poetry.
Let yourself be pampered; it's a beautiful experience.

The osteria has a modern, understated decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The onion soup with a hint of cinnamon was delicious. However, fewer croutons would have been sufficient. The salad was crisp and beautifully presented. The taglierini with truffles, on the other hand, were bland, and the truffles had hardly any aroma. The venison terrine with quince and grapes, however, was excellent. The Tar-Tatiana, a variation of Tarte Tatin, was a bit too sweet for my taste, and the apples weren't cooked through enough.
All in all, it was a good, but not exceptional, dinner. At a price of €150 for two people, including two glasses of wine, the value for money was not convincing.

A modern, well-kept, and welcoming restaurant. The staff is truly friendly and helpful, one of the best aspects of the experience.
The menu is traditional with a few creative touches. I tried the tomato salad with tomato sorbet, an original and successful dish, with a fresh and pleasant flavor. The cold beans, however, were less successful, with a bitter taste and poor balance. My companion had a yellowtail fillet, which was average, while the pasta with fresh porcini mushrooms was good but a bit too "strained."
Overall, a decent but unmemorable dinner. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service impeccable, but the cuisine doesn't quite reach the same level. The bill, around €60 per person for an appetizer, a first course, and two glasses of wine, seemed excessive for an osteria of this type.
In summary: a nice restaurant and excellent staff, but not a convincing value for money.
