A modern, well-kept, and welcoming restaurant. The staff is truly friendly and helpful, one of the best aspects of the experience. The menu is traditional with a few creative touches. I tried the tomato salad with tomato sorbet, an original and successful dish, with a fresh and pleasant flavor. The cold beans, however, were less successful, with a bitter taste and poor balance. My companion had a yellowtail fillet, which was average, while the pasta with fresh porcini mushrooms was good but a bit too "strained." Overall, a decent but unmemorable dinner. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service impeccable, but the cuisine doesn't quite reach the same level. The bill, around €60 per person for an appetizer, a first course, and two glasses of wine, seemed excessive for an osteria of this type. In summary: a nice restaurant and excellent staff, but not a convincing value for money.

We ate in the garden area at the back of the restaurant. Nicely set out and really quiet. Staff were attentive and explained clearly the menu which is a bit more innovative than most other places we tried. Really enjoyed the mackerel and anchovies as well as the vegetables. The most expensive meal we had in Pisa by quite a distance, and you can definitely get comparable quality for less money. But we enjoyed the meal.

A restaurant away from the tourist traps with a perfectly delicious secret garden. The young and vibrant cuisine offers a detour into local gastronomic delights. The wine list is very well prepared. An oasis in the chaos that can be generated by the overabundant tourist offerings here.

Erbaluigia is a very special place that offers flavors and sensations that I thought were lost. Their dishes are journeys to enchanted places. Nothing is left to chance. Recipes and raw materials follow a narrative path that is pure poetry. Let yourself be pampered, it's a beautiful experience.

Erbaluigia is a very nice restaurant with friendly and attentive service. The food was absolutely delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next visit to Pisa.

Excellent food and excellent service. The owner is very knowledgeable about both food and wine. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. The location is very nice, with an outdoor terrace.

Fantastically delicious food, really nice service and a very cozy courtyard. The only downside was the smoking guests. Everything else was fantastic.
