Eolo Bistrot In Castelsardo

08/07/2025: The place is beautiful, with plenty of tables inside and outside. There's a wide selection of drinks and food, both sweet and savory, but the prices are very high; for a cappuccino with cream, a swirl, and a brioche, we paid €9.20 (breakfast). The staff is very professional, even a bit too formal for a bar, but that's certainly not a lack of respect; on the contrary, the service is quite slow, even though there were three people waiting on the tables and the place wasn't packed.

08/07/2025: Attentive and very kind staff. Everything was excellent. The pineapple and passion fruit croissant was fabulous. 😋
