We had the pleasure of spending Christmas lunch 2024 in a restaurant located in "Le Valli" in the municipality of Castelleone (Cr). The "Tre Rose" restaurant preserves the style of the peasant era inside. The environment is spacious, with well-arranged tables that guarantee comfort and privacy. The service was impeccable, provided by the owners' two daughters, friendly and precise, who, to our surprise, have an engineering degree. A detail that adds a touch of originality to the venue. The wait for the dishes was perfectly normal, contributing to a relaxing experience. As for the food, we were really impressed. Each dish stands out for the quality of the raw materials and a preparation worthy of a Michelin star. A true joy for the palate, capable of transforming a lunch into a culinary experience impossible to forget. The internal parking area is also satisfactory, a practical aspect that never hurts. We were recommended by friends and, in turn, we highly recommend this restaurant. A place to get to know and where we will definitely return!.
