The food is undoubtedly good quality, with tasty and sophisticated dishes, and the staff is polite and friendly. The only flaw is the lack of attention at the tables and the very long wait.

This restaurant in Castelleone offers local and seafood specialties. We visited for dinner by reservation. The restaurant has parking, so you can drive right in. Inside, the space is divided into several rooms, all welcoming and pleasant. We ordered an appetizer of culaccia and Russian salad, and another appetizer of warm zucchini with provola cheese: both were very good and well-made! We continued with a portion of tortelli cremaschi and a portion of pappardelle: both were very good, too. Perhaps we would have preferred a little less Parmesan on the tortelli (which are basically sweet, so the Parmesan cheese helps to tone down the sweetness). The portion of pappardelle was truly generous! Finally, we ordered two desserts, which, however, weren't entirely satisfying. One of them, in particular, had a slightly too strong flavor of thickener (or whatever). At the surrounding tables, I saw several orders of fish dishes, a part of the menu we hadn't touched but which would be interesting to explore. The service was a bit slow but very polite and friendly, and the staff were friendly and happy to chat if you wanted. Overall, a very positive experience!

At Trattoria Tre Rose you will find Luciano, and you will be surrounded by a simple and welcoming atmosphere. The dishes are traditional and cooked with simple mastery. From first courses cooked with fresh and seasonal products to second courses of meat or fish, the wine cellar is well stocked and you will be spoiled for choice, but Luciano will be able to advise you on the best combination. In short, if you pass by these parts, the stop is mandatory. In my various passages I was struck by his goose paté, spectacular!!

We were here today 8th JUNE, my wife and our 3 children, the location immediately made a great impression on us, rustic and elegant to the right point, the owner immediately proposed a children's menu (cutlet and chips) that the children appreciated very much, we ate just as well, tasty dishes abundant to the right point very good. Everything really excellent, we liked it a lot.
