Dinner with a colleague. Typical local place, with bottles of wine on shelves up to the ceiling. Dinner with Tuscan appetizer to share and 1.2kg steak with baked potatoes with two glasses of local wine with dessert at the end. Steak perfectly cooked. Price €50

But what struck us most was the extraordinary expertise of the staff in recommending wines, with perfect pairings that enhanced each course. Non posso che confermare le mie precedenti recensioni positive. Pappardelle al cinghiale ottime con ragù di cinghiale ricco di carne, ottimi anche tutti i secondi. Non mi dilungo nella descrizione perché ogni piatto, primo, secondo o dolce che sia è ben eseguito e in porzioni adeguate. Servizio cordiale e attento, personale in sala che si rivolge con simpatia verso i clienti e pronto a sostenere un servizio piacevole. È evidente professionalità e soddisfazione nel proprio lavoro.
