An impressive hall with wine racks reaching to the ceiling. Delicious food, warm service, and an authentic atmosphere in the heart of Bolgheri. High cult status. The only downside: 10cl of "house wine" for €18.

Treat yourself to a wine and dish here. If you think this might be touristic you could not be more wrong. The wine inside the restaurant and the shop is priced identically - less than in online retail. The food is amazing. We had the best ragu in all of Italy here. We will be back!

Dinner: 2 appetizers of spectacular cold cuts, a 1kg Florentine steak, and 2 glasses of wine for €110. Excellent value. The more you drink, the more you spend, of course, and the selection is endless.

Ottimo ristorante, grande sala interna con soffitti a volte e giardino esterno in centro a Bolgheri. Nonostante abbiano tanti tavoli, il servizio è stato rapido. Enoteca da urlo. Ho mangiato le quaglie con ripieno di salamela e pancetta buonissime. Consiglio prenotazione. Tutti molto gentili e sorridenti

Leckeres Abendessen mit hervorragendem Service in einem schattigen Garten mitten im Dorf Bolgheri. Wir haben das Tartar geteilt, gefolgt von Pasta jeweils mit Trüffeln bzw. Wildschweinragout. Die von dem Sommelier vorgeschlagene Weinbegleitung war hervorragend. Ein toller Abend!

07/12/2025: This place is historic; my wife and I have been going back at least twice on vacation for 10 years... What can I say? If there were a coccolino in every town in Italy, it would be a better place! I can't give it a thousand stars, but they deserve all of them. The wait staff is not always top-notch! I'd recommend this experience to anyone who loves good, healthy food! You guys are the best! Hugs, Patrizio, from Milan, now living in Cecina

02/11/2025: Beautiful location, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food was truly excellent—every dish was thoughtfully prepared and tasty. The extensive wine selection, for all budgets, was also greatly appreciated. The central fireplace created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made dinner even more enjoyable. At the end of the evening, without even asking, the staff offered us aperitifs: a simple but very welcome gesture. I absolutely recommend trying the shepherd's liqueur—a real treat!
