I've known this place for a while and they have never stood out for their friendliness, the staff never smiles and they are almost all quite unpleasant, when you have activities in contact with the public a smile would help. (Only the young boy with curly hair is kind) Once upon a time there was at least some quality in the food, but after yesterday I was very disappointed. Sfogliatelle pasta, good inside even if completely burnt, very good flakes of breast meat (at least those), 2 burrata cheeses taken home and eaten immediately, acidic to say the least, considering the prices are not exactly cheap I expect quality, because I'm fine with paying more, but things have to be good! Furthermore, I had asked for a piece of casatiello and I saw it delivered already packaged without asking me how much I wanted... Obviously I am referring to a very quiet day, where there were only two people sitting, me and another person who entered shortly after me, so there was no chaos.

A wine-gastro-restaurant-bar, I don't know how else to describe it... excellent culinary offerings, courteous staff, good prices, recommended

Sono stata diverse volte sia per colazione che per pranzo e spesso acquisto dolci da portare a cena da amici, mi capita di prendere da loro prodotti tipici partenopei e non sono mai rimasta delusa. Il posto è raggiungibile a piedi dal centro mentre è scomodissimo in auto soprattutto in questo periodo di lavori stradali. In generale i prodotti sono buoni ma andrebbero abbinati a cortesia e accoglienza del personale verso i clienti. Suggerirei di adeguare anche i prezzi perchè non in linea con servizio e tipologia di locale.
