Very nice to live in these little houses in the woods with pedestrian streets that go up and down the sandy hills. Camping with only bungalows immersed in the pine forest, with a view of wild boars, overlooking the sea. Great for children, you don't lose them and there are no dangers. Handsome.

Really well organized and carefully crafted village. Bungalows and glamping perfectly placed in the pine forest environment which practically reaches the sea. Easily accessible beaches, with infinite sand and beautiful sea, probably shallow like the Adriatic. Internal train that runs every 20 minutes until late Avenues and paths very clean and always tidy. Much loved by foreign audiences Bungalow a little small but we probably got the wrong "size". For a family you need two bedrooms if there are children The homes are very well equipped and there is ample outdoor space although a little too "in sight" from the street. I would have preferred a hedge. Several internal restaurants, pizzeria, self-service, slightly more "chic" restaurant Huge car park with solar panels for shade and coverage. Truly scrupulous 24-hour entry/exit surveillance Easily accessible by car. Without a car it is unlikely Reasonable cost and great for kids

This is a very kid friendly place with a lot of things to do and a lot of entertainment. The service here is good as they help you to get your luggage to your room, but we did wait a while to check in. This place is like a woodland area. There is a train that goes around the whole place, so you can ride it and get off at any of the stops. It has quite a few swimming pools and there is a beach. There is only 1 car park so your car could be far away from your place. There are a lot of German people here, but the staff can speak Italian, English and German so it isn't too bad. The shuttle train has been having some technical problems, so the train wasn't working for a day, and now its times of running are a little different. Sometimes you have to wait a long time for it. The pillows are flat and thin and aren't very comfortable when you are sleeping.

Basically we were satisfied with the system. The beach is very nice - but the loungers are totally overpriced and have to be booked separately. The resort is beautifully shady in a pine forest. Everything is there that is needed. Overall, in our opinion, the facility is getting old and has its best years behind it. Some buildings are simply empty. We had one of the many tents located on the main access road and next to a construction site. Therefore it was very loud, especially in the morning hours (from 5 a.m.) and until late at night. Despite repeated complaints, no emphasis was placed on rest periods nor was alternative accommodation offered. We cannot recommend the tents more highly. The furnishings are also very simple and the bathroom needs to be renovated (mold in the corners). The interim cleaning offered didn't actually take place (only changing towels and making beds - neither the bathroom nor the floor were cleaned). It should be noted that the entertainment, especially for children, is only offered in Italian. We thought the resort cable car was great and enjoyed using it. The pool areas are well maintained, but very crowded. In between, the pools were repeatedly closed - without justification. Overall, our vacation was nice, but we would not recommend the facility. In our opinion, price-performance is not appropriate.

Surrounded by greenery, with direct access to the sea, a splendid oasis on the Etruscan coast!

A wonderful experience for a weekend in nature, we slept in the woods in a fairly comfortable chalet. Maybe I could improve the quality of the food but overall I recommend it!
