This is a very kid friendly place with a lot of things to do and a lot of entertainment. The service here is good as they help you to get your luggage to your room, but we did wait a while to check in. This place is like a woodland area. There is a train that goes around the whole place, so you can ride it and get off at any of the stops. It has quite a few swimming pools and there is a beach. There is only 1 car park so your car could be far away from your place. There are a lot of German people here, but the staff can speak Italian, English and German so it isn't too bad. The shuttle train has been having some technical problems, so the train wasn't working for a day, and now its times of running are a little different. Sometimes you have to wait a long time for it. The pillows are flat and thin and aren't very comfortable when you are sleeping.

Basically we were satisfied with the system. The beach is very nice - but the loungers are totally overpriced and have to be booked separately. The resort is beautifully shady in a pine forest. Everything is there that is needed. Overall, in our opinion, the facility is getting old and has its best years behind it. Some buildings are simply empty. We had one of the many tents located on the main access road and next to a construction site. Therefore it was very loud, especially in the morning hours (from 5 a.m.) and until late at night. Despite repeated complaints, no emphasis was placed on rest periods nor was alternative accommodation offered. We cannot recommend the tents more highly. The furnishings are also very simple and the bathroom needs to be renovated (mold in the corners). The interim cleaning offered didn't actually take place (only changing towels and making beds - neither the bathroom nor the floor were cleaned). It should be noted that the entertainment, especially for children, is only offered in Italian. We thought the resort cable car was great and enjoyed using it. The pool areas are well maintained, but very crowded. In between, the pools were repeatedly closed - without justification. Overall, our vacation was nice, but we would not recommend the facility. In our opinion, price-performance is not appropriate.

Surrounded by greenery, with direct access to the sea, a splendid oasis on the Etruscan coast!

A wonderful experience for a weekend in nature, we slept in the woods in a fairly comfortable chalet. Maybe I could improve the quality of the food but overall I recommend it!

Nice area. Very cool to go on holiday with lots of people. Recommended for trips that are not too expensive. The rooms are pretty ok. But the food there isn't that good. So I always had to go somewhere else to eat. But im very very nice

We stayed the week of August with a 3 year old girl. The resort overall is beautiful, immersed in the pine forest with swimming pools in several places, reserved access to the sea, sports fields, excellent buffet restaurant. Unfortunately, for being a 4-star resort, I was very disappointed for the following reasons: the room assigned Montecristo was nice on the outside but inside there was always a musty, hot smell, with air conditioning with an internal compressor which was very noisy and placed close to the bed, with initial cleaning and linen change only halfway through the stay (cleaning so to speak) camping mode, not 4 star resort! Lagoon pool: the bottom of the pool is always dirty with sand, despite the pseudo-cleaning of the lifeguards in the morning. Diesel train with annoying exhaust fumes. An eco village with a diesel train that runs all day seems counterintuitive to me. I have never found soap or paper in the bathrooms by the pool. But the grand finale was check out: that morning it was raining, we called the reception to ask for a shuttle to come and collect our luggage and take us to the car park, given the distances. The lady replied that there were no shuttles available because they were all busy and that we had to make do. We had to leave our luggage in the collection areas near the houses and someone, who knows when, would have loaded them and taken them to reception. We, indignant, called the reception until another person answered and told us that, for an additional payment of €10, he would send the shuttle. Not knowing what to do, it was raining and with a 3 year old girl, we accepted and within 5 minutes they arrived. Crazy.... A 4 star resort that charges well cannot treat customers this way. Paradù, you can't see us anymore!!!

We stayed on holiday for 10 days in this wonderful village, the third year in a row that we have come, where the strong point in our opinion is the entertainment: ALE and its team are fantastic! Very good guys, prepared, always with a smile who made us have a lot of fun and also excite us! The village is surrounded by nature while still offering many services and places for leisure. Directly on the beach. The only sore points: supermarket prices that are sometimes embarrassing and in our opinion the refrigerators in the accommodation need to be reviewed or fixed. Our girls are already asking us to come back next year!

Nice village but with some areas for improvement: This year the sea was infested with jellyfish (and dirty at least for the first week of the 2 spent at Paradù) and the swimming pools were not adequate for the number of people... especially the main one where it was practically impossible to find a free sunbed and/or or move around the pool. The food was not up to the standard of a 4-star resort while the prices were high for the quality offered (e.g. the seaside restaurant offered the same risotto cooked as the self-service one) The entertainment was very, very good at dancing but, probably due to the strong presence of foreigners, there wasn't much variety in the mainly dancing shows. Cell phone reception was terrible while the free wifi worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful although the communication of the activities in my opinion was not particularly effective. In conclusion, the village has strong potential but regarding prices there are elements that still need to be worked on.
