On the advice of our daughters we went there for lunch on Sunday, a really nice place, welcoming and mountain style, clean. It is on two floors with small rooms that make you feel like you are in a fairy tale and pampered. In a family condition and all very kind from the managers with the friendly Marco and the children of an affable cordiality. The area on the ground floor with the fireplace is beautiful, with soft lights that create a special atmosphere. The only negative note is that the bathroom on the second floor is private, asking the lady she told me that women can use it, then I saw that men also use it. There isn't a huge variety of choice, but the quality doesn't make you feel like you're missing anything because it's truly excellent. We had very good cold cuts and cheese starters but the sliced venison was excellent. Then we chose ribeye with a side of fried potatoes, artichokes, typical Friulian frico (which for my taste is a little too fatty, but I think it depends on the cheese) good, and the mixed Friulian dish, all very good. Those who ate the homemade desserts said they were delicious. At the end they offered us a hazelnut liqueur, which was also very good. What can I say where there is commitment and passion in doing things, you can see and feel it. Well done and good continuation in a context that is not always easy to manage. We'll be back.
We stopped in this wine shop after visiting the Vajont dam and the village of Erto, a very nice and crowded place, even though there was no room, they found us a table upstairs, the food was excellent, the cold cuts are a delight, all top notch.

A very pleasant evening in a very welcoming environment with friendly and kind staff. The owner is a great person with whom you spend pleasant moments sharing stories and laughing. He is also worthy of having carried out a demanding renovation of the buildings. Ordered a single dish with pastin, frico, polenta and chips and mountain herb croutons. During the aperitif offered crostini with very good raw ham. If you are in Erto you can't miss this place!

Abbiamo cenato con amici e siamo restati davvero estasiato dalla bellezza del posto e la BONTA’ dei piatti. Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto super abbondante delizioso per iniziare e poi altri piatti. Tutto buono e preparato con cura e passione. Una delizia! Appena potremo ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Found almost by chance during a tour of the Vajont dam in the old town of Erto. Good food, well prepared plating and trained staff. The only note was that we ate on the second floor which wasn't very heated. Too bad

Super positive experience!
We stopped by on Sunday evening to have an aperitif and, struck by the beautiful atmosphere we found, we decided to stay for dinner. Excellent choice!
The menu is simple but the dishes are typical and plentiful. The environment is nice, clean and there is an air of home... not to mention the prices: good!
All this combined with the friendliness of the hosts: the family that runs the restaurant and the really nice and kind guys who work there... we definitely recommend it, in fact we hope to be able to return soon! ❤️
