We had dinner on August 15th at this little gem of a wine bar nestled in a village. The place is very intimate and well-maintained.
The welcome and explanations of the dishes by the staff were worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. We had the beef tartare with truffles as an appetizer, and tagliolini with truffles for our first course. Both dishes were so delicious that we didn't leave a single sliver of truffle on our plates! Exceptional value for money, demonstrating the owners' professionalism.
We highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Excellent!

Labro is a delightful little village, and we booked at BocconDivino. The food is delicious! My tartare was amazing, but everything was amazing, even the hand-rolled pasta with lots of grated and tossed truffle on top. The roast beef was cooked to perfection, and the desserts were absolutely stunning. My compliments for the shortcrust pastry tart and the panna cotta with mango reduction were amazing. We'll definitely be back, and next time I know I'll have the cod with potatoes because I saw it go by and it looked mouth-watering. Excellent wine list with a sparkling wine option, and more than fair prices.

Good things come in small packages.
The tartare was amazing, the best food in the entire restaurant, highly recommended.
The tagliolini with truffle and Reggio Calabria fondue were divine, just like the restaurant itself.
It was an excellent experience, we'll definitely be back.

A reviewer called the beef tartare "divine," which is why we ordered it. That review wasn't exaggerating. It truly is divine! And for that alone, we'd return to this area. And that's saying something, considering the area offers such scenic beauty!
We continued with tagliolini with truffles (actually tonnarelli), one of which was custom-made due to a pesky lactose intolerance. Although the recipe was adapted, the dish maintained the high standard! Delicious!
The dinner ended beautifully with a dessert of Greek yogurt with pistachios and black cherries, a much-loved treat, and some delicious, fresh cantuccini from Lazio dipped in Vin Santo.
In short, this osteria/wine bar is all about good food!... A rarity!

This little spot was a real surprise: when we booked, we couldn't have imagined it would be such an intimate and refined place.
I must admit, I was thrilled by the atmosphere, the attention we received, and the quality of the well-balanced and expertly prepared dishes.
The use of local products, the menu featuring fresh homemade pasta, wild herbs, excellent meats, exceptional desserts, and dreamy wine pairings, combined with the friendliness of one of the managers, certainly added value to our dinner.

STRE PI TO SO... what you want to experience when you go to eat in a restaurant....
Ambience: perfect, ideal atmosphere, respectful silence where you can talk calmly without the disturbance of other voices (18 seats).
Cuisine: refined, very sophisticated, with proposals that are difficult to find.
Staff: highly qualified, professional, courteous, generous.
Food: you can perceive that it is highly refined and refined quality.
All the dishes pleasantly surprised us and we had the opportunity to enjoy flavors that are now rare.
Cellar: vast assortment and supported by suggestions focused on what was ordered.
The bill: very honest and they could have expected more.
The owner: Mr. Mauro, calm, discreet, generous, professional, politely and pleasantly present among his guests and in the suggestions for the dishes.
To be recommended to demanding people, seekers of sophistication in flavors and refined environments

Siamo stati qui io e la mia compagna un po’ di tempo fa a cena, premetto che non è la prima volta che vengo e ne sono sempre rimasto soddisfattissimo e contentissimo di questo ristorante soprattutto della loro professionalità e accuratezza che hanno nei confronti del cliente seguendolo nelle scelte del cliente partendo dall’antipasto fino al dolce e nella scelta dello stesso vino…Anche la materia prima Eccellente e la stagionalità…consiglio questo posto Vivamente!!

Locale accogliente, pochi tavoli, servizio curato. Proprietario sig Mauro competente che presenta con delicatezza e precisione vini e pietanze. Materie prime eccellenti di provenienza locale. La tartare di filetto con tartufo di categoria superiore. Anche l antipasto di salumi, pane carasau con pecorino squagliato e suffle ottimo. Era la seconda volta ci torneremo ancora (da Roma). Il caminetto rende ancora di più l atmosfera
