I went to this intimate restaurant today with my partner, we had booked because the place is small and has few seats. I immediately loved the simple and well-kept location and the kindness of the waiter who accompanied us throughout the lunch in a professional and delicate manner. Mr. Mauro's cuisine is worth praising, such a large kitchen in a small place. I would have eaten the entire menu if I could. The beef tartare was highly appreciated, one of the best I have ever eaten, and the selection of cured meats they have is also excellent. The truffle tagliolini and the fresh desserts made by them are also delicious... I ate 3!!! The products are of quality and you can feel it. I can't wait to go back.

Absolutely worth trying! I'll be back. The place is very small, less than 20 seats, and there is an elegant but familiar atmosphere, with the large fireplace lit. The welcome of the only waiter/sommelier is of a high standard, and his presence is discreet during the rest of the dinner. He was also able to guide me in choosing a delicious glass to accompany the first one. The acoustics are excellent and, surrounded by antique furniture and bottles of wine, it feels like being in a Parisian bistro. You can see that the chef knows what he's doing, the dishes were perfect. The choice of the prized truffle for the pasta was no small gem. They were able to skilfully satisfy our cravings with an amazing sautéed chicory (never eaten like this). The dessert, a homemade panna cotta with mango cream and dark chocolate, pleasantly surprised us. In all this, the prices are also low for the experience offered. I highly recommend trying this experience, but at the same time I hope that it is not discovered by too many, so that it can maintain its peculiarity. Thank you.

Beautiful surprise, very well-kept wine shop, very courteous and attentive service, romantic/informal atmosphere, delicious food, excellent wine... what can I say!! Definitely above expectations, NOT to be missed. Even the village, Labro, is really nice

One of the best restaurants in central Italy, intimate atmosphere, super-trained staff and Mauro the owner immediately ready to explain each dish and pamper the customer! We go back often!! Highest quality products at the right price!! I highly recommend it for an experience that is rarely experienced
