A sure thing.
The winning menu is more or less always the same, so if you find something you like, just come back and savor the cooking and flavors again. But the new and off-menu options will always amaze you.

If you want to enjoy an excellent food and wine experience and be sure of a great meal, I highly recommend La Fabbrica. We've been going there for years, and it still manages to surprise us every time: expertly selected wines, rare cheeses, and dishes that combine tradition and creativity with an obsessive attention to quality. Alessandro, the owner, is a true ambassador of taste, always ready to recommend perfect pairings. Here, the ingredients truly take center stage, and having them in Vibo Valentia is a real blessing!

Super delicious food and a really nice atmosphere – modern and industrial, yet still warm and inviting. The burgers and meat dishes were perfect, the wine was excellent, and the advice was top-notch. The fries and polenta sticks, in particular, are something different – really good! You can tell the team puts in the effort. We'll definitely be back!

A pleasant and surprising evening at Fabbrica Enoteca Ristorante, in the heart of Vibo Valentia. The food was good value for money.
On the owner's recommendation, we had the pleasure of tasting an excellent Pecorello Ois, a native Calabrian grape that won us over with its structure and personality. A wine that speaks of Calabria in every sip.
The location is truly evocative: industrial-style furnishings, with iron and wood details creating a modern, welcoming, and refined atmosphere. A perfect balance between design and conviviality.
