A pleasant and surprising evening at Fabbrica Enoteca Ristorante, in the heart of Vibo Valentia. The food was good value for money. On the owner's recommendation, we had the pleasure of tasting an excellent Pecorello Ois, a native Calabrian grape that won us over with its structure and personality. A wine that speaks of Calabria in every sip. The location is truly evocative: industrial-style furnishings, with iron and wood details creating a modern, welcoming, and refined atmosphere. A perfect balance between design and conviviality.

The Owners are very kind, the food is fantastic.. but most importantly The Wine!!! Alessandro will explane your plate in such a Professional way. The atmosphere is unique. If you are in Vibo Valentia, this is a MUST try. 5 stelle, top top top!

Sandwich shop and wine shop located in the historic center of Vibo. The aesthetic details of the premises are very pleasant with soft lighting and furnishings in pure New York style. It is possible to taste top quality dishes and sandwiches with selected and particular ingredients cooked in a sublime way. Highly recommended for those who are looking for the perfect balance of flavors even in a simple sandwich.

One of my favorite places for the atmosphere, the taste of the dishes (I love their pastrami) and the choice of wines, always perfectly recommended. A place to know and to return to.

L'atmosfera è morbida e rilassante, il menù è apparentemente semplice ma al contempo ricercato, la carta dei vini è varia, ci siamo affidati ai consigli del proprietario che ha scelto per noi un calice in abbinamento alle nostre portate. Il passito con i dolci homemade, in finale è stato il 🔝 di un crescendo. È un luogo da conoscere e dove tornare.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I can say without a doubt that it was a real pleasure. The environment is welcoming, elegant and with attention to the smallest details, immediately creating a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The waiter was extremely courteous and professional, always ready to respond to our every request with a smile. Ps: the Baklava was sublime

17/08/2025: I had classic panini with coca cola. It was delicious. My total was 9.5 eur.
08/08/2025: Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner: Excellent breakfast, really good croissant and donut, and excellent coffee. A delicious lunch included piadina and salad. The piedina was exceptional, as was the salad with Tropea onions. The grilled sandwich was also good. An excellent dinner included a hamburger and cheese sandwich, and it was delicious. Not the street food kind of like a chain store, but truly a different class. Good, soft bread, excellent 180g burger, and very good cheese. Excellent and always helpful service, and the place is clean. Highly recommended!
