The beauty of the square helps a lot. The 3 stars for the food are the average of the 5 for the wines and the only one for the food (dishes to laugh at with great humility). The guys do their best in the dining room but in the long run they struggle to handle criticism on the dishes. Honest prices for wines, excessive for the food

Historic Faenza restaurant, where it is always a pleasure to stop, the excellent cuisine always offers truly delicious dishes paired with excellent wines and in the summer you can dine with a view of the Duomo

I had already been there about fifteen years ago and I had excellent memories which were confirmed with this new experience. The place is always the same... The entrance room is made up of a large circular counter and the walls "invaded" by wines of all kinds with a few tables where you can taste them. Further on is the dining room with a style that is very reminiscent of the Baroque. The menu is not extremely rich but absolutely well looked after with proposals that reflect the typical Romagna cuisine such as piada prepared in various ways, dry passatelli or salad with burns. Open until late at night, it certainly represents one of the best venues in the city center of Faenza.

Astorre per me esiste da sempre e da sempre le aspettative non vengono mai deluse. Difficile frequentare un posto e avere sempre un servizio all'altezza o una proposta culinaria soddisfacente. Un luogo che non mi delude mai e dove bevo sempre molto bene. Domani vengono amici a trovarmi a Faenza ed è il mio posto di riferimento come luogo di incontro dove so che si starà bene.

Location elegante. Piatti curati sia esteticamente che a livello di gusto. Porzioni un pò ridotte. Livello di prezzo: un pò altino ma probabilmente è correlato dalla tipologia di locale e cibo proposto.
