Upon arrival, we received an incredibly warm welcome and were allowed to check into our room early. The room is very simple and quite dated, and the bed linens were fresh, but there were still visible signs of dirt. The view, however, is fantastic. The parking lot is unfortunately a 10-minute walk away, but it's okay. The breakfast was delicious.

Room: Relatively small, a bit noisy due to the sea view – thus a direct view of the promenade (Viale Regina Elena) and the Fontana – of course, it's always busy in Italy during peak season! Clean and fully equipped. Service: Very friendly welcome, all information provided. Access by car for luggage logistics: via Via Venezia, Viale Dante Alighieri, and Via Giuseppe Mazzini – license plate number must be provided to reception to obtain special permission! Location: The top dog in Grado – great location with a sea view! Restaurant: Yes, good quality, but for lunch from 2:00 p.m. onwards, only toasted bread or sandwiches are available, which is a shame. Great wine list! Parking: Located on the other side of Grado – Riva della Serenissima / Riva Garibaldi – open space (approx. 15 spaces) and covered hall (6 spaces), about a 10-minute walk (800 m). Overall, a really nice hotel!
