It was a very pleasant experience. Finally, someone dares to try some very unique and unusual pairings, creating beautifully balanced flavors that are truly delightful. My compliments! The service was attentive, and the entire staff was very kind and professional.

There are places that don't need to impress, because they do it naturally. Here, the common thread is clear: respect for the raw ingredients, craftsmanship, and conscious choices that connect the glass to the dish. Every time, I choose an appetizer I'd order twice... but then I stop to make room for the fabulous apple dessert with vanilla ice cream and crumble, a seemingly simple but memorable finale. Wines described with passion, balanced cuisine, and a welcome that makes you feel at home. And that's exactly what makes the difference.

I went there last night and was truly thrilled. The contemporary yet traditional cuisine is a constant surprise: the ramen is simply excellent, rich, balanced, and comforting from the first bite. The tartare was a true revelation, fresh and perfectly crafted, one of those dishes that lingers in your memory. The atmosphere is refined, welcoming, and has an atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. The service is friendly, attentive, and never intrusive. A truly perfect evening: ENOSIERIA C.et. is a place worth trying again and again.

It deserves a star... but a Michelin one. Excellent quality of the dishes, attention and care in choosing local products, friendly service, a very charming place. The dishes are beautiful to look at and excellent to taste, excellent wine selection.

If you want to enjoy gourmet cuisine, without looking for a Michelin-starred restaurant, but of equal caliber, this is the place! Star cuisine! Gourmet dishes, generous portions, special, sophisticated dishes, and a menu that changes according to seasonal ingredients. Courtesy and helpfulness from chef Matteo, owner of the restaurant, and his delightful companion Silvia, who manages the dining room. A good selection of local and national wines. Bread, oil, and aromas that transport you and accompany you on a culinary journey. Last but not least, the desserts and house grappas are absolutely worth trying! A very well-maintained location with several dining rooms, the one overlooking the kitchen being truly charming and unique. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the food is incredible. The portions are just right, and the ingredients are truly excellent, as are the wines. I recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back!

Refined dishes accompanied by a beautiful wine list, in a tastefully decorated setting and with perfect service. We had a great time!
