Enomis Ristorante In Palermo

Restaurant in a pedestrian street a few steps from the cathedral and the Quattro Canti, small but very welcoming place with seats both outside on the street and inside, spaghetti with clams with pistachio flakes was sublime while the pasta alla norma was very far from the original, prices and dishes reasonable based on the location.

We can absolutely recommend it. This is our third day in Palermo, and normally people always approach you and rush you to eat at a particular restaurant. Here, however, we had time to look at the menu and consider whether or not to eat there. We received a friendly welcome, and it's a very comfortable place to sit. The food was delicious and the price was absolutely reasonable! The starter alone was delicious, as was the bread. The main course was also incredibly tasty. We would definitely come back. The atmosphere is relaxed and not hectic.

We discovered Enomis almost by chance while walking along Via Vittorio Emanuele, and from that moment it has become one of our reference points in Palermo. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, familiar, with that touch of elegance that makes every meal a special moment. The menu is an authentic journey into Sicilian cuisine: intense flavours, extremely fresh ingredients, dishes with attention to detail. We tasted the Sicilian mixed starter (a real explosion of flavour!), the pistachio pasta and the grilled swordfish: everything was simply perfect. The portions are generous, but not exaggerated, and the quality can be felt in every bite. The staff is very kind, attentive without being intrusive, always ready to advise with passion and competence. We felt welcomed like family. And the bill? A pleasant surprise: for the quality of the food, the service and the very central location, the prices are absolutely honest. A truly rare quality-price ratio. In summary: if you are looking for a restaurant where you can experience the true essence of Sicilian cuisine, Enomis is the right place. We will definitely be back!

I've been here a few times in the evening, today for lunch. Thankfully, I got spaghetti pomodoro, even though it's not on the menu, and classic bruschetta (also not on the menu). There are no spices like fresh pepper. There is also no Sicilian olive oil on the table. No parmesan cheese with the pasta. Paper napkin instead of cloth napkins. The water comes in a plastic bottle (unfortunately not uncommon in Palermo, but still not healthy). After I still had half of the water in the plastic bottle and in the drinking glass, I had to vacate the table: the table was supposedly now reserved. But now COPERTO ❓️‼️ If I had to make a ranking of the most unfriendly restaurants, Palermo would be right at the top. (But there are also positive exceptions, thank goodness). No recommendation.

Hidden Gem - all pasta dishes on point. The chef prepared really great food. It was completely delicious. A small, stylish restaurant right next to the cathedral. Staff very friendly. We ate there two days in a row. That means something. The map is manageable and not overloaded.
