I took my car in for a service: a great welcome at the desk! I had also booked, specifying that I needed to pick up the car for lunch: it was returned to me at 10:30! From 8 to 10:30 I waited at their bar, which was very welcoming. Efficient and punctual service!

Excellent experience, a short wait for the car, but nothing exorbitant or excessive. A small criticism was the cleanliness of the car upon delivery: cobwebs under the mirrors, a blackish stain on the rear passenger door near the handle, and slightly dirty rear seats.
A big plus for the consultant Paolo Flaire, who was extremely kind, available for any explanation, and very helpful. He alone deserves 5 stars.
