Pleasant evening spent in this place, seasoned with a small inconvenience that could have been resolved clearly by both parties. The main responsibility is ours... for not having communicated an intolerance to dairy products (manageable, but if it happens...), but if they had reported the ingredients under each dish, we would certainly have diverted our choice elsewhere! But...after having always eaten "tuna carbonara" in Sbt in other quite famous places and not having found the presence of pecorino as if there was no tomorrow and there was bacon instead of tuna (as happened at Cucina al Porto), who could imagine it?! Also because the pecorino clearly covered ALL the rest of the flavors and (in my opinion) did absolutely nothing right! Having said this, despite having reported the incident at the cash register and having taken responsibility for what happened but perhaps inviting them to bring the ingredients back to the menu... Well, not even a sorry or a shot of gentian! Very little is enough and yet…! Oh well, I won't go back...but I recommend it because you can find a bit of everything.
