I chose the Bistecca del Macellaio (chef's cut) and the maltagliati with venison sauce—both exquisite dishes. The meat was juicy, perfectly cooked, and the pasta had an ideal texture with an intense and flavorful venison sauce. On the side, the roasted vegetables were beautifully prepared, and the extra virgin olive oil they offered was of the highest quality, perfect for enhancing every bite.
