We went yesterday, on August 15th, with friends to eat pizza. Parking is difficult to find. It's true that we were 30 people, but we didn't end up there by chance: we booked well in advance, so they were aware of the number of customers to be served. You can't dedicate just one person to taking orders from 30 customers. They joined the tables lengthwise; so to talk to someone at the end of the "car" you had to get up and sit at the whole table. A more rational way of arranging the tables had been suggested, but it wasn't even taken into consideration. Those who had the fried foods said they were good (supplì, courgette flower with ricotta and anchovy, croquette). The pizzas were a little moist underneath; thin and with a nice edge, yes. Those who had the capricciosa and carbonara found them excessively salty; the margherita was decent, if a little too soft in the center. Very few, I think 6, had a draft beer; still and sparkling water in the carafes, a few cokes, 7 or 8 took bitters at the end of the meal, 1 person 1 ice cream cup. Dividing the bill, we ended up paying 25 euros per person.. For those who only took 1 pizza and water (for example, I had a simple margherita, among other things..) I would say that it was a fairly expensive pizza. I don't think I will eat there again. Maybe I could give the benefit of the doubt by returning in a smaller number, just with my family, but for now the idea doesn't cross my mind.

Well organized place, lots of people, mandatory reservations are taken in two shifts at 7.30pm and 9.30pm, the guys at the tables are very quick and prepared. The pizzas are good and the beers are excellent.

Pizzeria located under the Maccarese castle in a suggestive position. Definitely appreciable environment. Excellent pizzeria with tasty dishes on which, for me, the stracciatella and anchovies shield stood out, truly excellent. Advised.

We passed by chance and wanted to try the pizza. Very kind and fast staff. Unfortunately the supplì were slightly burnt, the sauce was salty and stuck several times, the pizza was also burnt. We left very heavy, perhaps even the leavening wasn't at its best.

Classic supplì for 10, the garlic and oil one is also very good! We also really liked the Margherita pizza! Dining out in the village of Maccarese is always nice
