Emalu In San vito dei normanni

Dopo aver visitato il mercatino del vintage desideravo un caffè e un momento di relax. La scelta ovvia e’ stata quella entrare in questa pasticceria distante pochi passi. Ho trovato un ambiente piacevole, un buon caffè e ottimi dolci.

Terrace stop, sun and split aperitif...

The pastry offering for breakfast and the tea/dessert offering is very vast and varied, very fresh, delicious and is presented with care. Brioches and croissants are warm and freshly filled with excellent jams and creams. The savory version is also very tempting and I imagine on par with the sweet version (I haven't tried it yet). The choice of coffee shop is vast. It is served in comfortable cups and glasses that are beautiful to look at and hold. The service and courtesy are consistent with the appearance and elegance of the establishment: staff always smiling, courteous and helpful, neat hair and appearance, clean and sober uniforms. The internal environment is large, well distributed and with a particular and typical ceiling of Puglia. The outdoor garden is equally large, excellently livable in the evening and on not hot days. Parking is along the state road and in adjacent areas.
