It's my favorite holiday pastry shop. The ingredients are of unquestionable quality, crafted and presented in a way you see in few places. Kudos to the staff, who always welcome me with a smile, meticulous and punctual, with a courtesy and kindness that isn't always a given. Congratulations!

Our daughter had a birthday on holiday and we ordered a cake from Emalu... just delicious. The quality in the store is of high level...🥰 I can only recommend Emalu... a lot of treats and very friendly people behind the counter

We stopped here for ice cream in the afternoon. The ambiance inside is beautiful, but you can also sit outside. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. There's a huge selection of sweet pastries, all beautifully decorated. The things we tried, like ice cream, cannoli, etc., were excellent. Highly recommended!

Hier waren nachmittags zum Eis Essen. Das Ambiente innen ist wunderschön, aber auch draußen kann man sehr schön sitzen. Der Service ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.Es gibt eine Menge Auswahl an süßem Gebäck, was sehr ansehnlich dekoriert ist. Das, was wir probiert haben, wie Eis, Cannoli ecc. war hervorragend. Absolute Empfehlung !!!

Passing through San Vito dei Normanni, a little out of the way, we stopped for a coffee at the Emalu pastry shop run by pastry chef Luca Marangi, winner of the best colomba in Italy 2022 award, as part of the "Una mole di colombe" competition in Turin. For the occasion we couldn't help but try one of his creations: the ricotta and fig pasticciotto. Very good. Parking is not convenient, but stopping is a must.

17/08/2025: Nothing to complain about the location; it's cute and informal, but this place, even though it's desolate, has its charm. The meat is very good, and the prices are average for the quantity and quality. The only flaw is the €13 grilled meat, which is paltry in its composition. It's listed as weighing about 400 grams. The capocollo, which wasn't there, must have been a maximum of 150 grams cooked and compensated for by adding a mini-bombetta and a sausage. I'd recommend revising it and making it more substantial. As for the side dishes, the quality/price ratio is exceptional.
15/08/2025: I'm a meat lover, so I wasn't familiar with this place. It was a great surprise. I like the location, it's pleasant. The staff is very friendly, and the food is divine. Finally, a place with zero food miles. The only downside? They'll close in August and reopen in October. I think they could definitely stay open until the end of September. A place worth trying, highly recommended.
