Cristina is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is extensive and good for such a small B&B. There are sweet and savory options. The cappuccino is very good. One room on the first floor has the bathroom "outside"—right outside the room door. No one else should be able to access it. The other, slightly larger room has the bathroom several steps down, and it's accessible via a corner staircase. A handrail or grab bar would be helpful. A small light would also be useful to make the light switch, which is "around the corner," easier to see. There could be more hooks in the bathroom. The bathroom light is motion-activated. The showers are modern plastic cubicles with a small seat and various features, which we didn't try. However, a traditional shower is also possible. The windows have electric shutters. Some windows have mosquito nets. There is no internet or air conditioning. However, the house seems to stay cool enough even in summer. The rooms themselves have underfloor heating. A room key exists and must remain in the house for cleaning purposes. There is one house key per room. The garden is normally open. As a guest, you cannot open or close it. A safe would be a good addition. We were very satisfied.

At the end of May, my husband, our two sons (21 and 25 years old), and I had a very pleasant stay exploring the wonderful Prosecco region. The two rooms were spacious and clean, with a large shower and mountain views. A self-service breakfast was provided. There was also parking available. The hosts were very kind. It's also conveniently located near the Prosecco wineries. 👍

Nestled in the garden and quiet, yet convenient for reaching the main surrounding attractions. Everything was beautiful, tidy, and clean... Cristina, the owner, was very kind and made us feel at home. The breakfast was top-notch, both sweet and savory. Superb...we'll definitely be back...THANK YOU
