Good morning, I must admit that the atmosphere and decor of the place initially attracted me, creating a truly welcoming and pleasant environment. However, unfortunately I have to report a major disappointment with the service received. Upon entering in the evening, I was not greeted with a word of welcome, and my friend and I were left waiting without receiving any attention. It seemed clear to me that welcoming customers is not their priority, at least not when it comes to a group of young people. In a city with so many options, it is the service, along with the atmosphere, that makes the difference and determines whether a customer decides to return or not. Good service is essential and deserves attention.
