We went with my husband, it had been a long time since we had eaten so well. We visited several Michelin-recommended restaurants and this one has nothing to envy in terms of quality of raw materials and combinations. By booking with The fork we also spent little, considering the dishes. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back

A truly welcoming environment, it has a studied style even if it doesn't seem like it at a superficial glance. The menu very much reflects the environment: there is a lot of complicity with the cuisine and this makes everything very pleasant. We skipped the first because we concentrated on the appetizers (zinzini) and the second courses. I really appreciated the quasi cacciucco, as they call it. There is less sauce than traditional cacciucco but you can feel all the flavours. Overall, a truly enjoyable evening. We ate the cod steak (delicate with a very good sauce), 4 types of Zinzini (a tuna porchetta, an improvised one which for us was fried mushrooms with prawn steak, a mantecato and a susci - listed in order of preference 😉), a cacciucco and stuffed cuttlefish!

A real show. Warm, welcoming place like the whole team. A finally original menu. Vast but affordable wine list. The prices, for me who eat out every day, are lower than the quality offered. In short, if you want to be surprised, hit the mark here. My 88 year old mother ate it all. "next time we tell them... bring what you want" stratospheric.

Suitable for couples or groups of cute hipsters or couples or groups of cute 50 year old ladies. I identify with the first group but I can say this with certainty about the second group of people because my boyfriend's mother recommended it to us. All good and large portions and waiting times proportional to these characteristics

Volevamo da tempo fare visita a uno dei 4 ristoranti livornesi della trasmissione di Borghese e la scelta si è rivelata assai felice. Non bisogna lasciarsi ingannare dall'esterno, che sembra solo un magazzino: La location interna è frutto di vari stili anzi volutamente incasinata dal vulcanico titolare, e l'unica pecca è l'acustica quando c'è folla, che rende difficile una chiacchera col commensale vicino. Menù a dir poco intrigante, piatti ben presentati frutto di attenta ricerca, di materie prima di qualità e della mano ispirata dello chef. Adeguata la carta dei vini, servizio alla mano ("alla livornese" direi) ma attento e cortese, rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente anche senza sconto the fork. Torneremo certamente

L'ambiente è accogliente. In sala troviamo professionalità, cortesia e una estrema attenzione alle esigenze del cliente. La cucina propone piatti innovativi, gustosi, ben presentati e molto colorati. Un piacere per la vista e il gusto. È disponibile sia il pane che la pasta senza glutine anche questi presentati con cura. Interessante la carta dei vini con prezzi molto onesti. Anche il conto considerato il tutto è molto piacevole!
