Welcoming place and staff. Traditional dishes. We tried: Marubini with three broths, pumpkin tortelli with butter and sage, pumpkin flan with Taleggio cheese fondue, and Sbrisolona with vanilla ice cream and a glass of passito wine. Excellent! The owners were very good at explaining the dishes and their history. Excellent value for money.

Looking for a place to eat in Cremona on ChatGPT that wasn't the typical tourist trap, we ended up at Trattoria El Sorbir. The place was completely full and we didn't have a reservation, but we waited a few minutes and they kindly found us a table. We didn't know they had a set menu that included a first course, a second course, a drink, and coffee for €15 per person, which we thought was very reasonable, especially considering how plentiful and delicious the food was. Something to keep in mind is that they only speak Italian at the restaurant, but even so, they were very helpful and we were able to communicate without any problems. An authentic and highly recommended experience if you're looking for a local spot in Cremona.

Exquisite and abundant business menu... quick with freshly prepared dishes (risottos are special). Homemade desserts: simply sublime. Kindness and cleanliness not to be underestimated... pampered by family management. Really good, I'll be back. Highly recommended

I wouldn't go back because of the food. Tagliatelle "carbonara" (boiled egg). And for the main course, just plain tagliatelle, low to average quality. The pierès-skip was excellent, but it's not included in the set menu and costs an extra €6. So you end up paying €21 for the set menu.

A weekend in Cremona to visit it and we decide to find a typical, homely place. We choose this very inviting typical trattoria. They sit us down and bring us menus and water. We opt for an excellent house Bonarda. The choice of dishes on the side wasn't suited to the hot weekend, but we wanted to try typical dishes and we didn't do badly. I opted for an excellent risotto and ravioli in broth followed by boiled meats. And could we not leave out dessert? Finish with a homemade Sbürlon (a really good, typical digestive). Highly recommended.

Absolutely RECOMMENDED. Even when it was crowded, kindness and courtesy prevailed. Everything was EXCELLENT.

One word: FABULOUS! Old-fashioned trattoria, authentic food, homemade cured meats, great attention to detail, and incredible prices. Definitely worth a try. Thank you.
