An authentic corner of Peru in Florence A pleasant discovery outside the center of Florence, near the courthouse. The restaurant, simple but welcoming, has two rooms for a total of about 40 seats. The bathroom is clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The menu is a true journey through Peruvian cuisine: appetizers such as Tamal and Causa open the experience perfectly, while among the second courses the Lomo Saltado and the Anticuchos stand out, abundant and rich in flavor. The seafood options such as Chaifa or Arroz con Mariscos are also excellent. Don't miss the Chaufa, perfect for those looking for a complete and tasty one-dish meal. The prices are affordable, making the restaurant truly accessible to everyone. There is the possibility of parking on the street and the restaurant is also suitable for families with children. Recommended for those who want to savor authentic Peruvian cuisine in an informal and genuine environment. Highly recommended
