Unico, pazzesco; solo l'amore per la propria terra può portare ad un menù degustazione che ti trascina nel bosco. Una vera esperienza sensoriale. Il personale di sala è molto preparato, professionale e cordiale. La location vale essa stessa il prezzo della cena.

We were recently and I can guarantee that the feelings transferred to the dishes served together with the service that the staff offers reach sublime levels. The environment of the restaurant is cared for down to the last detail and the experience you get is truly engaging. We will definitely be back and congratulations again for everything. Really well done 👏👏👏👏

Fantastic experience immersed in a completely renovated former mill. Welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, service within the reach of a star. Waiters attentive and available to customer needs. Refined food, excellent quality raw materials with the possibility of an 8 or 13 course tasting menu. If we have to find a flaw, the lack of an à la carte menu. Highly recommended restaurant!

13/05/2025: I was speechless after eating this sandwich, simply exquisite. Accompanied by a basket of crunchy dippers, all for less than €15. A bit hidden as a place, it is more of a passage area, I never thought I would find this excellent cuisine! I will definitely be back!!
11/05/2025: Absolutely epic! It was hard to find a parking lot, and the restaurant was so full, they nearly sent us away but then all of the staff made such an effort to find us a table and make us feel at home, it was really lovely! The pizza was absolutely fantastic, we really enjoyed it, and the prices were really great, i’d say cheap for the quality we are getting! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely come back!

25/02/2025: We visited last September. Great and helpful staff, excellent food with almost no waiting. I recommend anyone who visits the Dolmite to walk through this wonderful valley.
