Our experience over the last 6 years: Communication by yearly chancing Service is poor: English hard to understand; Native german speaking service is not allowed to communicate in German (!), english version as said poor. Not acceptable. Even the reservation service: Asked twice by Email in advance, never get an answer. Telephone conversation failed due to insufficient English skills. For a one-star-restaurant not acceptable! Food experience awesome!

On the recommendation of a chef friend, I had this fantastic experience, because to say I had lunch would be an understatement. Every course is thoughtfully crafted and researched, making it worth the trip and the price. You can immediately see the dedication the entire staff, including the chef, put into their work. Typical products are elaborately prepared and paired with innovation that goes beyond simple Michelin-starred cuisine. Every forkful and spoonful is a journey into the flavors of the region and gastronomic exploration. Excellent selection of regional and national wines. Courtesy, cleanliness, and excellent service. I wish everyone a similar experience in the breathtaking setting of the Val di Fiemme.

Rifugio Adamello Collini Al Bedole

27/09/2025: We managed to enjoy the last weekend before the seasonal closure and felt right at home. A comfortable retreat with all the amenities, although there's no internet access. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the local food is delicious and home-cooked. I hope to return in the future, outside of the tourist season. The presence of a dog and cat who greet you upon arrival is incredibly sweet.
25/08/2025: We arrived with our bikes! The outdoor children's area is lovely. We ate at the restaurant. Excellent food and very fair prices. Highly recommended!
