On the recommendation of a chef friend, I had this fantastic experience, because to say I had lunch would be an understatement. Every course is thoughtfully crafted and researched, making it worth the trip and the price. You can immediately see the dedication the entire staff, including the chef, put into their work. Typical products are elaborately prepared and paired with innovation that goes beyond simple Michelin-starred cuisine. Every forkful and spoonful is a journey into the flavors of the region and gastronomic exploration. Excellent selection of regional and national wines. Courtesy, cleanliness, and excellent service. I wish everyone a similar experience in the breathtaking setting of the Val di Fiemme.

Unico, pazzesco; solo l'amore per la propria terra può portare ad un menù degustazione che ti trascina nel bosco. Una vera esperienza sensoriale. Il personale di sala è molto preparato, professionale e cordiale. La location vale essa stessa il prezzo della cena.

We were recently and I can guarantee that the feelings transferred to the dishes served together with the service that the staff offers reach sublime levels. The environment of the restaurant is cared for down to the last detail and the experience you get is truly engaging. We will definitely be back and congratulations again for everything.
