Thanks to all the staff for this great experience. I highly recommend trying this starred restaurant which pampers you with its numerous dishes with a delicious taste and the colors of nature.

I had the pleasure and honor of having lunch today in this wonderful context, but there are not enough words to describe how these dishes can give a mix of emotions, both for the eyes and for the palate... the great quality of the ingredients used cars that know how to offer a sensorial experience like few others... as well as the attention to detail of all the staff... a real treat! Thank you

Beautiful, delicious! I recommend it wholeheartedly!! All the dishes made a huge impression on me, and there were 13 of them 😍. Many thanks that such places exist. Wonderful restaurant!

Moving experience. Difficult to explain in words.. an incredible sensitivity shines through these dishes.. and above all respect with a capital R for the mountains and the forest. At this moment more than ever I think it is essential to educate people and try to re-establish a connection with the environment around us and its beauty. With delicacy and intelligence, I think chef Gilmozzi and his staff really succeeded. I absolutely recommend.

Esperienza eccezionale, un percorso compost da piatti eccellenti e mai banali. Qui si assapora la montagna nella sua essenza. Nessun altro ristorante può avvicinarsi a questo stile personale ed unico.
