I was recently at the El Gaucho restaurant and I tried to order a dish that I had never tried in this place, a beautiful sorana Florentine. I have to say that I was surprised by the very high quality of both the food and the service of how it was served. It was served to me on a special heated plate, which kept the food warm until the last bite. Eating a Florentine at temperature is a completely different story compared to eating it cold as has happened to me in other places less attentive to these details. Furthermore, the delicacy of serving it already partially pre-cut leaves the customer with minimal effort to be able to remove all the meat leaving only the bone. Accompanying it are white polenta + I added some excellent baked potatoes. If I think about it, I still remember the fantastic aroma of my dish which I truly enjoyed with great satisfaction. Low price under 6 euros per hectogram (acceptable) I got a kilo of exceptional sorana.

Top! Really very nice place! Excellent food including meat, fish, pizzas and appetizers for all tastes. Attentive and fast service. Absolutely worth trying!

Siamo andato a cena consigliati dall’albergo posto enorme siamo arrivati diciamo per il secondo turno avendo prenotato ci hanno lesso a sedere 3/4 d’ora dopo nel frattempo ci hanno offerto un prosecco nell’attesa un volta seduti poi personale e cucina efficientissimi abbiamo preso un piatto di verdure alla griglia con burrata molto buono e una frittura di pesce FAVOLOSA per essere nell’entroterra poi una crema di caffè e un tiramisù molto buoni prezzi onestissimi che dire lo consiglio vivamente A++++
