I'll start by saying that Edo was my family's favorite Japanese restaurant... but I have to say that after today's lunch experience I don't think I'll ever set foot there again... after several months I went back to have lunch at this restaurant with my family and I immediately noticed that the staff had totally changed and I have to say significantly less polite... but let's start from the beginning, we arrived 5 minutes late (notifying them) and I was told that if we were to be a few more minutes late they would give away the table... we sat down at the table and after 10 minutes they asked us to move (ok) we ordered and after 15 minutes (around 1:00 pm) they brought us all the dishes together, so many that we couldn't even fit on the table, apart from the quality which in my opinion has decreased compared to last year, we ate many of the hot dishes by now cold... but as they say family lunch, you can ignore everything, but the waiter who came to the table at 2:00 pm when my girls were still eating and told us that we had to leave the table immediately because he needed it and that what's left on the table, put it in a bag and we can take it away... no, that's not okay... considering that they all took 16.80 per person plus service charge and drinks... I'm sorry but I find it a serious lack of respect towards the customer... I hope they change their mindset because the restaurant itself deserved it.

I was walking around Riccione and, not knowing any sushi in the area, I was looking for the best AYCE place in Riccione. He recommended this one, and based on the reviews, we decided to try it. It's a classic oriental restaurant with a lovely, pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, and fast service... I'd say lightning-fast while it was at half capacity. After that, orders took longer, but by longer, I mean a few minutes. The first mixed nigiri arrived after I think less than 90 seconds, so the service was truly excellent.
The taste is a bit lacking. I often go to sushi places, both à la carte and AYCE, and I haven't had anything bad since I know what to order by now. But when it came to the uramaki, various nigiri, and gyoza, I found them all a bit bland and bland, with little impact on the flavors. That feeling is that, while the taste isn't bad, it's not worth buying another. The soy spaghetti and meatballs from the kitchen are very good. The variety of dishes available is a special mention, with an endless menu of classic sushi, first courses, and meat, fish, and chicken main courses, with the exception of the uramaki rolls and a small selection of flambés, which are the dishes we eat most. Overall, we weren't disappointed, but I'll try other restaurants in the area, perhaps à la carte.

I have to be honest, for an all-you-can-eat place, the sushi is very good at lunchtime on Sundays. There's a wide variety and a wide selection. I'll definitely be back.
Even today at lunchtime, I can confirm the quality of this place. Despite it being busy, they served us well and quickly. Well done.
Excellent. They recently introduced tablets for self-ordering, and you can see when your food is ready.

The food was excellent, the staff a little less so, due to the fact that they delivered us a wrong dish several times. A piece of advice regarding the bathrooms: put a sign for the women's bathrooms because we found men inside several times.
