I stopped for lunch and ordered a pizza: really good, made with quality ingredients. The price is a little above average, but absolutely justified by the quality of the food, the service, and the elegant atmosphere.
I'll definitely be back!

Welcoming and very clean place, very kind and super professional staff, the cuisine is a gem of unique dishes, the pizza 🍕 cooked in the wood oven is exquisite, very good 😋, excellent choice of quality wines 🍷, and special beer 🍻🍺 very good, the homemade desserts delicious, highly recommended, one of the best 👍🔝💯🥂

Friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful restaurant renovated a few years ago that looks very good.
We had some truly excellent pizzas, with generous amounts of quality toppings.
The prices were a little high, but considering the quality of the ingredients used and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, I was happy to pay them.

A very elegant and characteristic restaurant with top-notch food (kudos to the young chef Marco, who is truly masterful!), but the pizzas are also excellent, with top-quality ingredients and an incredibly easy-to-digest dough. We always have lunch or dinner here every time we're in Piancavallo, and it never disappoints! A special mention for the risottos, truly an experience worth trying. Well done!!! Reservations recommended.

I had lunch at this restaurant and was truly thrilled. The atmosphere is pleasant, perfect for a lunchtime break, whether with friends or alone. The service is quick and courteous, the staff greets you with a smile and manages to be attentive without ever being intrusive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
The dishes are carefully prepared, the portions are balanced, and prepared with fresh, quality ingredients.
I recommend trying the new NUVOLA pizza!!

Every time we visit Piancavallo, Edelweiss is a sure thing. The food always leaves us more than satisfied, and the staff is welcoming and professional. Today, you amazed me with your beef cheek, which melted in my mouth! Well done, keep it up!

Siamo stati in questo locale per un pranzo di famiglia. L interno è bellissimo tutto di legno e sasso con decorazioni varie appese alle pareti. Abbiamo preso l'antipasto di formaggi locali con la composta di frutta e i primi che erano la fine del mondo, buonissimi e con abbinamenti davvero particolari. Anche i dolci nel vasetto erano golosissimi dai sapori decisi e fatti in casa. Le pizze sono molto grandi e ben farcite. La pasta è molto sottile e croccantina. Il prezzo è nella media. Il personale educato e premuroso. Ci torneremo sicuramente
