Booked for a Sunday lunch. We two had a pumpkin and cheese risotto and a cheek. While waiting I asked for a flatbread with oregano and rosemary. Everything was very good and the staff were attentive and kind. Edelweiss is always a guarantee in Piancavallo. Prices as per the online menu.

An excellent place to have a good meal with excellent products and above all with typical dishes both from the Friulian tradition and from neighboring countries. The location is also truly wonderful, in the splendor of Piancavallo, in this restaurant you can have a nice meal even with excellent pizzas.

Dopo aver arrampicato sugli alberi al Rampi Park abbiamo deciso di pranzare al Ristorante Pizzeria EdelWeiss. Locale ordinato e atmosfera serena e piacevole. Abbiamo ordinato tre pizze (di cui una senza glutine) e un ottimo risotto al pomodoro. Quest’ultimo semplice ma altrettanto gradevole al palato! Pizze leggere e gustose. Personale cortese e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Prezzi in media con altri locali della zona. Consigliato.

26/07/2024: Over the years I have eaten first and second courses, sandwiches and desserts here. I have never found anything to criticize about the cuisine and, indeed, I have always found everything to be of quality, with average portions and reasonable prices. I find the environment relaxing: despite the location in the historic center, it is not noisy. The service is more than valid. The only suggestion could be to broaden the offer for those with food allergies or intolerances.
