A cozy place with a nice mountain vibe & interior. Good food selection. I'm not sure if google is correct about opening times tho: we came there almost at 14 (which by maps was the closing time), and still got served food and people who came after us ordered as well. The place didn't close completely for sure. Maybe the owner should check if the opening time on google maps is correct, since we almost skipped this wonderful place just because we were almost out of time! :)

Excellent service, very light and delicious pizza, with unique flavors. Fresh atmosphere and modern mountain style. The pizza is more expensive than the first courses and the local average.

Today we had lunch here at Edelweiss in Piancavallo, and I have to say we were very satisfied and, above all, full. 🤣 The portions were just right, the flavors were delicious, and the atmosphere and staff were also top marks! We'll definitely be back to try something else!

A very beautiful, harmonious restaurant, with the welcoming decor of mountain architecture and a good location, visible from the road that leads to the lifts or if you continue along the road to get to Barcis.
The pappardelle with duck sauce was delicious, as was the venison dish with polenta.
The staff were kind and immediately told me that there would be no more pizza at that time, which, looking at the prices, seemed expensive to me, even with a higher price than a pasta dish or a second course. We couldn't taste the goodness of the pizza or understand why it had a higher price.
Being an old building, the bathrooms are not accessible for people in wheelchairs.

Un locale rinnovato negli arredi in cui si è puntato sulla formazione e sul passaggio generazionale. Piatti ricercati ma leggeri, pizza deliziosa. Top!
