Edelweiss Piancavallo In Aviano

HI! Only truth! We went on Saturday evening for the first time to get takeaway pizzas. I call.. they answer immediately with kindness, I book and we go to pick them up in a short time!! from outside very nice environment... inside? Even more! As soon as I entered my eyes were attracted by the desserts 😅 which unfortunately cannot be taken away... but apart from the flaw of the desserts, when we returned to home base we saw the pizzas! WAW!! season to the edge... sweet tomato... very soft crust with thin but resistant dough that doesn't break... guys go, it's worth it!

Historic restaurant in Piancavallo located near the ski lifts to the ski slopes, recently restored, it offers a modern, pleasant and comfortable mountain chalet style. Staff up to the mission undertaken, present and professional. The series of starters, first and second courses was of a good standard, quality plating, quality raw materials, homemade pasta, always well-stocked basket on the table and bread produced by them cooked in the wood-fired pizza oven. We were not able to try the "cloud" pizza as an appetizer as they explained how the realization is not always guaranteed and depends on different conditions and variables. Exclusively home made desserts, lienz cake, tiramisu, pistachio creme brulé... inviting and good. Above average prices justified by a staff, hospitality and cuisine that give their all in offering an important, excellently successful experience. I recommend and we will return soon.

Ristorante pizzeria con arredamento moderno e molto accogliente. Piatti ben presentati e ingredienti di qualità. Servizio cordiale e piuttosto veloce. Prezzi un po' sopra la media. Bagni freddi ma puliti. Piccolo parcheggio di pertinenza proprio difronte alla struttura.

Dopo aver arrampicato sugli alberi al Rampi Park abbiamo deciso di pranzare al Ristorante Pizzeria EdelWeiss. Locale ordinato e atmosfera serena e piacevole. Abbiamo ordinato tre pizze (di cui una senza glutine) e un ottimo risotto al pomodoro. Quest’ultimo semplice ma altrettanto gradevole al palato! Pizze leggere e gustose. Personale cortese e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Prezzi in media con altri locali della zona. Consigliato.
