We had a nice, slightly dark room facing the garden. Quiet there. Otherwise, you can hear the country road. Beautiful garden and indoor/outdoor pool. Great breakfast.

Bit of a hidden gem. Doesn’t look much from the outside, but inside all is good. Quirky, nice rooms and lovely pool. Great place to stop on the way to the Stelvio Pass.

Excellent hotel near Merano, recommended spa and swimming pool, full breakfast and every day with a different treat, large and clean rooms, shame only for the bathroom, my room had the toilet separate from the rest of the bathroom

Highly recommended, even if it's right on the street you won't notice it anywhere in the house. Everyone was super friendly, the food was a dream. The bus stop is directly across the street, we didn't need the car for all 5 days, all means of transport are included with the guest card (merancard).

Nice hotel on the edge of Merano. Plenty of free parking spaces at the hotel. Bus stop directly opposite, use is free with the guest card. 👍 The hotel is clean, but every now and then there are smaller corners that could use some attention. The spa area is completely sufficient and very harmoniously furnished. The opening times are great. The breakfast is sufficient and there should be something for everyone. Overall very good value for money. Absolute recommendation!

17/08/2025: A good bar in the center of Dobbiaco. It has everything you could possibly need and a welcoming atmosphere. I'd say it's a must-visit for a stop in Dobbiaco.
16/08/2025: This restaurant/pizzeria in Dobbiaco city centre is a great place to eat. The pizza was delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is spacious and has a lot of seating, making it a great option for a group.

Bistrot Elena Walch Le Verre Capricieux

22/07/2025: Architetto con la passione del vino (e che passione), Elena Walch ha forse trovato nel suo piccolo bistrot di Termeno la sintesi perfetta delle sue idee, che coniugano l'ecosostenibilità con la qualità e la bellezza. Le verre capricieux si affaccia sulla valle del lago di Caldaro con una splendida vista sulle montagne circostanti. Chiaramente i vini di Elena Walch sono il 'piatto forte', ma tutto il menù - essenziale - è interessante senza essere pretenzioso (menzione per i dolci accompagnati al passito). E' logico la qualità e il panorama si pagano, ma il ristorante non è particolarmente caro (piatto degustazione più un calice vino si resta dentro i 20 euro) e vale decisamente una visita.
