Edelweiss Alpine & Mediterranean Restaurant Hotel In Parcines

I stayed at this hotel with my husband for a short vacation, and I have to say we had a great time. The room was warm, clean, and warm (given the winter months), and the wellness area was very nice and well-organized. There's a restaurant and pizzeria next door where you can eat well. The only downside: its location isn't the best, but you can get pretty much anywhere with your own car or public transportation! Recommended!

Beautiful location at the entrance to the Venosta Valley. Hotel with spa and thermal pool and whirlpool. Large, comfortable room with access to a roof garden. Breakfast caters to all tastes and offers a wide selection. Very friendly and professional staff. I spent three days between the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026 and was completely satisfied. I will be back. Recommended.

We stayed at this hotel, and overall the experience was positive. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well-organized. The breakfast deserves special mention: plentiful, varied, and high-quality, with sweet and savory options, and something different every day—truly appreciable. The massages were also excellent, relaxing and professional, as was the spa, well-maintained and ideal for a moment of true relaxation. The only area that could be improved was the cleanliness of the room: we noticed cobwebs and dust on the bed, and the bathroom fan was full of dust...a detail that clashes with the overall quality of the hotel. With more attention to this aspect, the experience could be excellent. We appreciated the room change and the promptness of the reception.

Unfortunately, I only stayed one night after a hiking trip in September 2025. However, it was simply fantastic. The hotel is superbly located just outside Merano and practically has its own bus stop. The rooms are impeccable and very clean. This applies to the entire hotel, though. The pizza from their own stone oven was simply outstanding. But the breakfast was the icing on the cake. A solid 12 out of 10. The staff and service were excellent and friendly. So, anyone looking to complain here has no chance.

We had a wonderful Christmas at Hotel Botango. The flight to South Tyrol was simply marvelous. The hotel offers every comfort and friendliness one could wish for. Thank you for the lovely time!

This place features a spa and a heated pool. Spacious rooms with a small private terrace. A top-notch breakfast.

We only had one pizza. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the staff were very friendly, and the pizza was really good. Prices were reasonable.
