A fabulous place The hotel is well-maintained, nestled in a beautiful pine forest and surrounded by many activities along the way: a soccer field, a tennis court, and ponies, ducks, and chickens. • Parking: Convenient and well-managed. • Beach: Truly gorgeous. • Room: Average, functional, and clean. • Breakfast: Needs reconsidering. The selection is limited, especially the savory options (only cooked ham and eggs are available). Restaurant: This is the real sore point. The service is practically nonexistent (we still wonder why there's a maître d'), the food is decent, but the atmosphere is reminiscent of a canteen: no tablecloths, plastic glasses, and plates. It would take very little to improve—even just a tablecloth and slightly more refined cuisine. On the third day, tired of the food, we asked to dine at the Hotel Terminal in Santa Maria di Leuca, where we had a wonderful time. Advice for future guests: Staying here is absolutely worth it, but we recommend choosing the breakfast option only. Advice for the property: Revamp the restaurant to aim for an additional star.

A high-end resort, white-sand beach, and beautiful sea are the perfect complement to a fairytale vacation. Warmest regards to all the staff here, including little Marco, who was always pampered and catered to our every need at the restaurant.

Wonderful facility! By the sea with a private beach, a charming pine forest where you can indulge in relaxing massages under a gazebo surrounded by nature. An excellent facility for hosting ceremonies, birthdays, or business conferences. The new Aqua Spa at Gemme Privé is a precious haven for retreat and relaxation, where you can indulge in mental and physical well-being and enhance your vacation.

It took me a while to write this review; mine isn't meant to be a criticism, but rather a positive note. We returned to this hotel after a few years and were disappointed by the significant changes in the food service and overall organization: an unsupervised pool, nonexistent entertainment, and poor table service. We chose half-board because I remembered the good food, but it was a huge disappointment. The tables were too close together, not set except with a paper placemat and a polyester napkin, and people were eating from plastic plates and cups. This is something I find SHAMEFUL! Another negative point is the lack of attention to food preparation and display. The dining room feels like a cafeteria, which I don't mean to disrespect at all, but rather to convey the feeling of noise and disrespect for others. People raising their voices, moving from one table to another because they aren't assigned. A place like this deserves much better; it just needs the right people in the right places. Pay more attention to the kitchen and set the tables properly with porcelain plates and glassware, as is done at all tables. The only positive dinner was the one organized there with traditional Apulian cuisine. One positive note in all this: the kindness of the reception and the waiters in the dining room, when I requested the use of plastic plates and glasses, is a property directive. Fortunately, we stayed in a beautiful room with a sea view. And everything should be specified in the hotel description: non-existent entertainment, lack of supervision at the pool, and plastic plates and glasses used at meals. Otherwise, the sea is beautiful.

The poor quality of the food and the lack of updating of the rooms make the price/service ratio not good.

Something unexpectedly beautiful

I recently stayed at the Eco Resort Le Sirenè and can only describe it as extraordinary. An enchanting place, run by exceptional people. A special thanks to Donato, Daniele, and the entire staff for their helpfulness, kindness, and professionalism at all times. A heartfelt thanks also to the owner, Annamaria Caputo, a welcoming and attentive hostess: I truly felt at home. I had the pleasure of organizing an event at the property, bringing numerous guests with me: everyone raved about the experience. A place that combines nature, elegance, and human warmth. I will definitely be back!

The food is inedible. Old and made of scraps and scraps. Just stay away. The rest of the facility is more or less OK. The price is slightly high. The beach is beautiful. The location is excellent. All the staff are very helpful, kind, and friendly.

Beautiful location, stunning sea, beach, and pine forest. But everything else helps. Over the past three years, I've witnessed a slow decline in management. There have been improvements, such as enlarging the bathrooms in the rooms and the spa, but the restaurant is a disaster. They've removed tablecloths and placemats, so you eat directly at the table—horrible, unhygienic, and uninspiring. Wrinkled napkins, subpar service for a hotel of this type. Excellent staff at reception, always smiling and friendly. General cleanliness leaves much to be desired; the shower tray in our room was unsightly; I don't think I've ever seen a descaler.
