Excellent structure, new and well maintained with great potential, but unfortunately the staff is what it is... As soon as we arrived they assigned us a room that was NOT ours (having booked a QUADRUPLE, there are 4 of us in the family), they gave us a triple WITHOUT the second cot for my daughter (booked and reported as per email received and confirmed). I saw the faces of the staff when I pointed this out to them and I must say that there were moments of panic because there was NO possibility of having another quadruple room for the period (one week) for which we had booked. Result? They put a COT in our room!!!...One of those that the military uses to camp...Obviously NOT a cot as booked. The thing that unnerved me most of all was that there was NO apology from the staff, but just a way of trying to make us understand that the camp bed was the bed that we would have been entitled to anyway even if they had assigned us to correct room and not the TRIPLE given to us by mistake...Obviously THEY (i.e. the structure) are wrong and not the tour operator through which we had booked who did everything to help us solve the problem. Obviously, having 2 small children, I did NOT want to ruin a week's holiday that I had dreamed of for a long time and after having traveled over 600 km we were satisfied even if honestly I was very bitter about it. Structure and for: New and very well maintained, especially the green areas and the swimming pool (strong point); Staff: Service staff (NOT reception staff) very courteous and helpful. Very rude and snobbish reception staff, as if they were managing a 5-star luxury hotel with a spa...Certainly NOT in line with the clientele that frequents them, almost all families with children. Eat: Very bad, disorganization reigns supreme... If you are intolerant or allergic to something, make the sign of the cross and may God send you good luck! Animation: A really nice surprise, young and very helpful guys, they REALLY like doing the work they do and above all they know a lot about children even if they are very young (my little son is 2 and a half years old). Conclusions: Sufficient experience, as a rule nothing special, obviously nothing to do with the structures in Puglia... Advice: Be CLEAR after booking, call the property first to confirm the correct booking to avoid unpleasant surprises like what happened to us!

My family and I spent a wonderful week in August full of fun, good food and tranquility. I recommend it with great pleasure

Very beautiful location..relaxation and tranquility is a peculiarity..the very beautiful and large swimming pool with hydromassage..the rooms are very spacious and comfortable...the shuttle takes you to the private and very comfortable beach..the beach offers all the requirements for an excellent holiday... the only flaw is the restaurant... everything is a buffet... those who arrive first gorge themselves... for the latecomers there is very little left... on the day of the harvest for those who stayed at the resort for lunch almost all recycled products of the day before..and this is shameful with only 3 waiters in the room for 100 diners waiting for the dishes in the various distribution points...my personal consideration not to return...

Beautiful experience from arrival to departure with the reception staff very friendly and attentive to the requests that were made. Clean and very comfortable rooms. Fabulous swimming pool with entertainers and lifeguards careful to ensure no problems arise. Fabulous maintenance man solved a problem for us in three minutes. Excellent. Very good restaurant and cuisine with the staff in the dining room who continuously pampered us. Very quiet and safe place for children. Polite, prepared, friendly and dynamic entertainers who never make you feel alone and always happy.

12.02 •| 4G 179 We stayed at the Eco Resort dei Siriti at the beginning of August 2024. The structure looks very good and has ample space for everyone, large, comfortable and clean rooms (perhaps the mattress is a little hard, but this is subjective). The entertainment guys are very good, always ready with games, shows and gags. The ecological aspect is a bit painful: in fact there are dispensers for water and other drinks (all very sugary) with disposable plastic cups; one piece of advice that I give to the facility in my own small way is to give guests water bottles that they can take home and thus avoid the waste of thousands of plastic cups a day. Even during meals, plastic spoons are used (which I would never give to my son due to microplastics) and disposable paper tablecloths. The term disposable should be banned if you call yourself Eco Resort. A note on the bottle shop: it is small and far from the restaurant (with the stroller you have to go around quite a bit), no proteins are provided, only vegetable puree or broth; the cookware is old and the microwave dirty. For the rest, good food, beautiful pool and beach.

Courtesy, cleanliness, friendliness, lots of good food, wonderful swimming pool, excellent organisation. Everything perfect. I can only say that I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend carefree days with lots of smiles.

Very nice, the only flaw is that it is very far from the beach.
