I still remember that morning when I met you, Benito. At first I was a little skeptical, because I have a hard time trusting people right away. I asked myself: "But will I really be able to trust this guy?"
Today I can say yes, without hesitation.
At first I was a little afraid, but over time, working side by side, I understood that you are a wonderful person, as well as a great professional.
I'm only sorry that, for reasons beyond our control, our career paths had to diverge.
But a beautiful, true memory remains within me, one that is not forgotten.

We had a 10 night holiday, the rooms are large and clean, we had a quadruple with sea view, the pool is large and clean but with the obligation to wear a swimming cap, the restaurant staff are mostly foreigners and not very friendly even the head waiter thinks he is who knows who.... the food is good but the wine included with meals is fine for dressing the salad and is undrinkable especially the white one! to go to the beach there is a shuttle (about 10 minutes) of travel works, the beach is not well looked after and the bar only offers drinks and crisps!!

Beautiful and spacious structure. Decent and spacious rooms. We essentially opened the season and therefore many services (entertainment, beach, swimming pool, etc.) were not in operation and therefore not judgeable. Certainly improvable, the welcome and especially the meals (little variety, repetitiveness in the menu, quality and service in the room just sufficient). For the experience lived, in all honesty, I do not think I will return and I would not feel like recommending it to friends.

Magnificent place but there is something wrong..... Room 2220 with mold on the wall near the window
Same room without the possibility of regulating the air conditioning imposed as a dogma of faith on 23 degrees. Despite having asked the reception to intervene to lower the temperature to 20 degrees, it turns out that the climate control is possible from the computer at the reception.... Result??? The beautiful resort, service from all unique workers, only in restaurant service all messed up, waitresses without desire to work or did not know what they were doing, wrong answers and little desire to make people feel good, tables used without cleaning for other people, broken jugs, bad service. Service Bar reception and pool bar 5, entertainment group 5, information service 24 of 5 stars, air conditioned room 24° too hot. What we liked most about the hotel were the dogs outside the common areas, no dogs in the restaurant sitting at the table, no dogs bathing in the pool. Shuttle service to go to the beach and tours. Large and well-kept rooms, medium-high cleanliness.
