A Roman craft brewery that's been open for years and is famous for its beers. It's a bit out of the way, near the Rome West ring road (GRA), but not particularly inconvenient. Parking is plentiful, though sometimes incredibly limited if you arrive late. The food is also very good (I usually try the burgers). It's a shame they don't come with fries like most pubs, so if you just want a burger, it's around €10; if you want a burger and fries, it's at least €15. The beer is obviously good, and there are a variety of them. The staff is quick and friendly, and the place always seems clean, including the bathrooms. I'll definitely be back, often.

The food, but above all the drinks, are spectacular, the staff is very fast and there is a great selection of beers and all quality food, more than competitive prices in a characteristic atmosphere!

I had higher expectations. There was a bit of confusion with the order, and the waiter got a bit upset—co-responsible, but that happens... Otherwise, it's a standard pub, but it definitely adds a touch of local flair. Still, worth a try. A wide selection of beers, though many may be out of stock, which might be a challenge for those new to beer (see the daily board). A completely personal experience, and nothing against this lovely brewery, a meeting place for some of us who used to play soccer in the area.

I go there when I'm craving a nice burger—which they make divinely—and a beer, which is all craft. The rest of the menu is forgettable. The pub is reminiscent of an English one, spartan and worn. They also have a fairly large parking lot, but I've barely managed to park every time because the place was always almost full. Recommended.
