Eby has operated this bar for 40+ years. His custom crafted cocktails are not only artistic but delicious. He handcrafts the shot drinks based on your personal preferences! Super cool experience!

The people are nice but the food could have been better in terms of quantity and quality. They make their stuff in house even the tortilla but it doesn’t carry the authentic flavour.

This place is developing a cult following due to social media. The main attraction is Eby’s cocktails, which he makes in shot glasses. Your interaction with him begins with a short interview regarding what you’re in the mood for. He then meticulously crafts something seemingly original for you. What he made us was different than anything he made for others while we were there. The drinks both tasted good - and were incredibly visually appealing. From what I’ve seen, the wait times are generally not long at night. If you’re in the area, would recommend checking it out.
