I went to Ebrius for a tasting, I can say that the products are excellent, they take care in their production of cheeses from the simplest to the most elaborate ones, the blue cheeses are exceptional, the perfect welcoming and welcoming environment!

18/08/2025: Oh well!!!!! I'M GOING TO HERE!!! I found this place by pure chance... a delightful surprise. The place is super welcoming, the guys who work here are incredibly kind and infinitely patient and professional. The food was excellent! I ate the best panuozzo of my life, filled with every kind of delicacy, delicious, fragrant, fantastic! I highly recommend this place! I hope to return soon.
