A casual restaurant, located near the Cherasco (Cuneo) highway exit and the road to Mondovì, making it easy to reach from all directions.
The staff are friendly and very professional, and the dishes are delicious: the anchovies in green sauce, the veal with tuna sauce, the tajarin pasta, and the bunet (a kind of pasta) are amazing. The local wines are also excellent, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

Excellent ingredients, expertly prepared. Excellent wine list. Attentive and friendly staff, but not intrusive. It's a safe haven when you want to eat in the Langhe. We've been there many times, including to try the bagna cauda, masterfully prepared by Alfredo.

Tried for lunch with friends. A lovely trattoria with a welcoming dining room and a good wine list. The service is friendly and fast, and the prices are average for upscale trattorias. The dishes are predominantly Piedmontese.
If I may offer two constructive suggestions:
1) Don't offer "prosecco" drinks as soon as they arrive, but rather local wines (e.g., a nice dry Moscato).
2) Improve the side dishes on some dishes (the fried artichokes on two lettuce leaves, maybe not).

A truly excellent Sunday lunch, accompanied by a friend.
The atmosphere was simple and informal, yet very welcoming.
We enjoyed traditional Piedmontese dishes from the Langhe and Roero regions, all beautifully cooked: excellent tajarin, flavorful and tender boiled beef, and fresh and well-seasoned Piedmontese raw beef.
All this was accompanied by two excellent bottles of wine, which perfectly complemented the meal.
For dessert, we also enjoyed a delicious chocolate salami, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Authentic flavors and generous portions.
A truly positive experience, highly recommended.
