An incredible meal where you can feel the freshness of the ingredients in every bite, an accurate preparation that reflects the dedication of the restaurant owners. The service is impeccable, offered by the owners themselves, with typical dishes of the region. Highly recommended if you want to have a unique experience, from the moment you sit down to eat until the coffee.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Duvert is more than just a trattoria. The structure partially recovers what appears to have once been a stable, duly cleaned but left intact in the load-bearing structures, to which a wing was added in more recent times. The furnishings are simple, made interesting by the period furniture that recalls old trattorias. But a restaurant cannot be judged by these external details. The service is simple, no frills. The owner is welcoming, frank, available for dialogue and friendly. But let's get to the food. The menu is traditional, of excellent quality. The wines are not very famous but of a very good standard. The price is honest. Discovered by chance, I went back a second time and put it in my notebook. When I pass through Cherasco again I will make another stop, without a doubt.

Vitello tonnato is better than Esselunga, I would avoid the giant caper full of seeds.
