Very well maintained restaurant, excellent service, with polite and high-quality staff.

I had a really good time. It was a pleasure: excellent quality food, cared for, cooked and presented in a way that satisfied the sight and the palate. Perfect service, staff trained in explaining the dishes, kind and attentive in anticipating needs. Very nice and well-kept place. I breathed the pleasure of the owners' work to make customers feel at ease. I will come back and recommend it.

February 2025: Unfortunately I have to reconsider the positive review from last November.. We returned for dinner remembering the good experience we had, however, perhaps because only 3 customers were present, a real disappointment!!! The worst dish was the lamb.. ​​inedible! Very thick and rare!!! the knife couldn't make a dent in the meat I reported it and they brought it back to me almost burnt and always difficult to eat I was hungry and I still tried to cut it as best I could and eat it The staff didn't bat an eyelid, they told me that they cook it like this!!! In short, ZERO customer consideration, in fact rather annoyed Too bad for you, you lost two more customers... seeing as you don't already have many... if I were you I'd be worried November 2024: mushroom menu, the top!!! Excellent! Pleasant discovery, located in the center of Chiavari, but a little out of the way A well-kept and minimalist place but tastefully furnished, you immediately perceive a warm and welcoming atmosphere We chose the à la carte menu: The grilled artichokes are excellent, followed by rice with black cabbage and ravioli filled with sardines. The rice was excellent but the ravioli did not go well with the proposed sauce, with an almost acidic taste The grilled eel accompanied by catalonia was perfect, but it consisted of hard and inedible stems Nothing to say about the truly delicious Mon blanc as well as the chocolate sheets offered at the end of the meal! Good overall rating, but some details of the menu could be improved! Furthermore, the glasses and water bottle were very unsuitable and uncomfortable We will definitely be back.. but a little heating in winter doesn't hurt!

On the recommendation of a friend we had dinner in this restaurant, the atmosphere was original and welcoming. The food met our expectations, the dishes were beautiful to look at and good in taste. The service was excellent. The overall experience was very pleasant. We will definitely be back.

L' ambiente, ricavato da un'antica tipografia, è arredato in stile minimalista, a mio parere con grande gusto: c'è una bella atmosfera! I camerieri erano preparatissimi e molto gentili. Si aprono le danze con quell'incredibile cestino di pane e grissini fatti a mano, che da soli meritano di fare un salto! Noi abbiamo preso vari antipasti di pesce, tutti davvero ottimi, proseguendo chi con primi, chi con secondi ben cucinati e con tocchi di originalità nel gusto, per niente scontati. Cito, fra tutto, una salsa che accompagna un sashimi, con sentori di mandorla davvero sorprendente. Purtroppo era rimasto poco spazio per i dolci, ma abbiamo provato il sorbetto al mirtillo con pepe del Madagascar ed è stato anche quello graditissimo. Sinceramente non riesco a spiegarmi le recensioni negative: per noi meritano dei gran complimenti. Il prezzo? Non è una trattoria e in cucina si fa ricerca... la qualità degli ingredienti e la sapiente lavorazione si pagano, come è giusto che sia!

Dopo tanto siamo riusciti ad andare……….. però!!!!!!!!!! Ci hanno consegnato i menù e in uno mancava la pagina degli antipasti , abbiamo scelto due calici di vino rosso ( 1 nero d’Avola e un piemontese di cui non ricordo il nome) la responsabile di sala è arrivata a tavola con i due calici già riempiti e non sapendo di chi era uno e di chi l’altro ha chiesto al collega come servirli e lui , non so come abbia fatto a distinguere i due vini visto che erano tutti e due rossi …….., ha indicato alla ragazza a chi dare uno e a chi l’altro, sta di fatto che a questo punto, non sappiamo cosa abbiamo bevuto. Voglio ricordare che sia per elementari norme di servizio che per una questione meramente etica, il cliente deve sapere che vino gli viene servito, e pertanto si dovrebbe versare il vino al tavolo direttamente dalla bottiglia di origine , mostrando l’etichetta e cosa fondamentale, facendolo assaggiare prima della mescita. L’antipasto condiviso , per quanto veramente scarsissimo , era buono e ben eseguito. Ho ordinato dei ravioli del plin , di gusto veramente buoni, ma Signori … crudi immangiabili; l’ho fatto notare al personale di sala che dopo averli fatti provare allo Chef , lo stesso ha convenuto che erano crudi, mi sono stati rifatti ma ahimè non ancora al giusto punto di cottura, tuttavia va riconosciuto che il loro sapore era veramente buono. Mia moglie ha ordinato due contorni , fagioli all’ uccelletto e carote glassate , non ci siamo proprio ; se si scrive “ fagioli all’ uccelletto”vanno fatti come ricetta prevede ….le carote non meritano descrizione (dalla loro cottura alla presentazione, neanche a casa le porteremmo in tavola così)..………!!!!! Ho ordinato delle costicine di agnello veramente DELIZIOSE Mi permetto di consigliare di migliorare il servizio in generale, decisamente correggere il servizio del vino, al personale di cucina, di assaggiare ciò che viene impiattato. Il personale molto gentile , il locale meraviglioso Ci è stato portato il conto con sconto di 10,00€ ……….apprezzato. Maurizio
