The very well-kept restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, the dishes are particular and refined and not at all banal, the service is top! Fantastic desserts. Beautiful experience!

Some exceptional foods some mediocre ones but it is defined worth to make more visits in the future to taste what this talented chef prepares for the next time

A special place that impressed us in every way. The place has a beautiful atmosphere, the dishes are super special, and the service is top! Starters were spectacular, the mackerel was very good. As first courses, the ravioli with onion in ash with medlar and mustard sauce is highly recommended, and certainly the pansoti in "no-ci" sauce with an anchovy and oyster sauce instead of the real walnut sauce (and the flavor is absurd) . The sweets? Fantastic. Beautiful experience! Would I go back? Absolutely!

Excellent and refined food, high price but commensurate with the quality. But after having consumed (and obviously paid for) 2 bottles of wine between two, not even the cheapest ones, costing 20 Euros for the initial 2 glasses of prosecco seemed to me like one of those lapses in style that leave you with that feeling of: "we shall we go back? (to tell the truth, at the end of dinner they poured us another 1 and 1/2 glasses of prosecco between us, i.e. the leftover from the initial bottle kindly offered!)

Nothing to say, absurd and studied dishes, a beautiful experience with friends bent from the stages towards the restaurant, we apologize for the inconvenience, truly absurd bread and the spectacular millefeuille, you can see when there is experience behind it and things are not done to do them, very well trained waiter with passion for his work and very nice, a hug and I can't wait to come back!

Modern kitchen, with an ancient structure of the highest value... The quality desserts, all accompanied by excellent service given the age of the kids in the room... Truly speechless... Thanks Vasco.

Siamo rimasti sorpresi in bene un pò da tutto... location, personale, pulizia .. toilette.... Menù molto raffinato allo stesso tempo semplice , piatti innovativi e di estrema bontà, prezzi adeguati . Avete presente una Bugatti Veyron?? ecco, mangiate Pansotti al sugo di No ...CI Bravissimi, torneremo

Bella location, in centro a Chiavari, nelle immediate vicinanze dei portici. Sale veramente molto spaziose e con arredi vintage molto chic. Comodi e molto distanziati tra loro gli ampi tavoli in legno. Bello il servizio con i "piatti della nonna" uno diverso dall'altro. Perfetta accessibilità ai disabili in carrozzina con bagno ampio, completo di doppi maniglioni e wc alto (molto pulito). Menu particolare con sapori della tradizione e connubi innovativi (forse non per tutti ma certamente per me si), buonissima la focaccia servita calda all'arrivo. Ottimo veramente il fois gras su pan brioche. Sorprendenti i pansoti no-ci senza noci ! E molto gustose anche le conchiglie al cavolo nero affumicato...difficile arrivare al dolce perché le porzioni non sono di certo minimaliste, altrimenti avrei apprezzato di più il millefoglie con crema di nocciole che forse ho trovato un po troppo dolce e pastoso. Piacevole l'atmosfera e nota di merito per il servizio informale, molto gentile, preciso e accogliente.
