Great pizza location with a menu so varied that it's hard to decide which one to choose.
Excellent pizza, we ordered a table for 10 people, and even though it was a Saturday, they were super quick!
Prices are normal, but if you eat well, even if you spend a little more, it's all worth it!
The air conditioning needs improving, because when the place is full, it gets a bit noisy.
All in all, everything is 5-star, congratulations!

We started with a small dumbolone appetizer and the croquettes, also small portions. The quality truly amazed us. The cured meats and croquettes were excellent.
The pizza was very light, and there's a wide selection on the menu. A special mention for this delicious pizzeria with a good quality/price ratio.

We had two delicious gluten-free and lactose-free pizzas. We had a bit of a wait due to the crowds, but it was worth it. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful. It's centrally located near the western coast. Recommended.

As an expert in the sector, I can say that Dumbolone produces a one-of-a-kind dough, in my opinion one of the best in Sicily. As for the fried pizza, I think it still needs some work; at the moment it's a typical fried calzone. Let's give success to this place, which deserves to be visited and appreciated for its culinary qualities.
